surprised In relation to your 07.42 post I note that in the interim results there was no mention of any significant business from the maritime business so why do you think it could be lucrative?

I note that TPG have had an approach in relation to a possible disposal of their Maritime Engineering business in Portsmouth. Any views on whether it would be a good fit for INFA if they ere to make an approach.

I note that HL have deducted the cost of my shares in the open offer so looks like I am getting all the shares I wanted. I wonder whether II and HL applied for the entitlement that they would have if all their clients took part in the offer and then distributed them accordingly. With any shares from pople not taking up their entitlements being used to meet requests for additional shares. That would explain why everyone seems to have got all the shares they wanted. Unless the offer was not oversubscribed.

With the general meeting tomorrow to approve the resolutions for the placing I wonder will we see a 7am RNS to underscore the purpose of the fundraising. I note that in six months £16m has been raised in placings and the sharenprice has not cratered that seems to indicate confidence in the share.

Nobby31 In relation to your 11.37 post my view would be that if INFA wants tobuild any further caverns at Islandmagee then they should use a Private Act of Parliament to obtain permission. Going down this route would bypass DAERA. I am not sure how much time would be saved but considerng how long this application has taken it should certainly be considered.

Desmond45 In relation to your 13.16 post I am confused that document was filed on Wednesday with the court on Wednesday. I downloaded it from PACER on Thursday. Presumably others who are interested would have done the same. So why did the share not take a battering yesterday it ended down less than 4%. Most of that was likely to have been caused not by the warrants as most people posted yesterday but general negative market sentiment.

Maulvorn In relation to your 22.50 post BEIS is the government department that is responsible for the development and implementation of the Hydrogen Strategy which has already been delayed by a number of months so a change of Ministers may lead to further delays. Also it would be responsible for the CfD Auction round four whihc will set the price paid for clean energy sources.

Yachtmaster In relation to your 14.24 post I do not recall saying that I thought Aries has a claim my knowledge of patent law is not sufficient to assess the respective cases. My point was that havimg read the arguments of both sides in relation to the motion to dismiss I cannot say with any confidence how a court would decide the matter. If EQT's chances were as high as you were suggesting then I would have expected Aries to have given up.

You will see I do not comment on the prospects are. I also upload selected documents so if people are so inclined they can read what has been filed. This allows people to comment based on facts. From what I have read I would not agree that EQT and the other defendants have a 99.99% chance of winning. I do not have experience of patent law so am not going to exress any view on the percentahe chance of winning.
