dukeofyork In relation to your 15.10 post you must be reading a different court order to me. The court order Iread said that the hearing on the motion to dismiss will be heard on 25 January. What makes you think it has been dismissed. EQT and the other defendants have asked for it to be didmissed but it has not been dismissed yet.

Buried in the RNS is this 'As the Group stands today, the Directors have identified a potential weighted pipeline of £2 billion in contract opportunities between now and 2025 and believe there are near term revenue opportunities of £80.5 million and up to £825 million in the medium term.' If by near term they mean Q1 2021 this would support Nobby31's view of £1 by end of Q1 2021.

In relation to my 07,35 post the wording in relation to the robotic arm I mentioned is

' The net proceeds from the Placing will strengthen the Company's balance sheet and continue to enable it to tender for and win larger contracts, as well as to:

o provide capital expenditure for inter alia, the acquisition of a robotic welding panel line and other yard refurbishment programmes in preparation for the potential award and subsequent execution of fabrication contracts; '

This seems to me to suggest that they are expecting fabrication contracts so are doing preparatory work. I would not expect this to be done unless you were fairly certain of getting the contract.

Tango1 In relation to your 07.09 post that is what I thought when I read it as well. I will be taking up the open offer shares. I note that one of the uses of the raise is to buy a robotic arm for use in fabrication. Looking at the wording used in relation to it it would imply that there is a specificcontract they have in mind.

I am a bit concerned by the reference to the emphasis of matter reference.

Tango1 In relation to your 17.53 post if anybody else had posted that I would think they were ramping the share but judging by your posts you have very good credible sources of information. To get a rise of that which would equate to about 12.5p it would in my opinion need an announement of one or more of the following
1 A subcontract on one or more of the current fleet programme
2 A sizable long term contract for a number of ships or a large fabrication
3 HMG guaranteeing a certain level of business for a number of years.

Have I forgotten anything else?

Over the last three trading days the share price is up between !0-11% on no news. Are we having a rerate for some reason or is news on the way. My birthday haspassd so I know it is not that.

There are two trading days left for INFA to surprise us with a nice Christmas RNS. I wonder if that will happen.

Following a recent Order the Motion to Dismiss has been put back to January 25. Also Aries have until January 6 to file arguments in opposition to the motion with Any response to the filing from Aries to be filed by 18 January. This means the earliest that we can see a resolution of this action is January 25. However if the judge wants time to consider his decision it can slip into February.

Nobby31 In relation to your 14.34 post I do not think that we will see INFA coming to the shareholders for another capital raise there are two reasons for this. Firstly with a strong order book the banks will be willing to lend against the orders. Secondly, with customers like Trident a Export Credit Guarantee Scheme facility from HMG would probably assist in tapping the banks for funding.

Loosegoose In relation to your 12.44 post in relation to 4 the LOI if converted to a firm contract is worth more than the current MCap. On a 20% margin for one ship would equate to £35m so on a extremely pessimistic P/E of 8 that would indicate a value of £280m against a Mcap of £32m.

The next Roadshow is in Belfast on 10 March 2021. I hope that the current Covid restrictions are relaxed to allow travel as I will be booking my hotel room to attend this event. Does anyone know the nearest hotel to the shipyard and is there anything worth seeing while I am over as I might stay a couple of nights.

Next month we will get the accounts for the year to 31 July 2020. We know there will be some revenues showing on it the question is how much will the revenues be. A good set of accounts with a reasonable level of revenues which would have been depressed by the impact of the Coronavirus should lead to the much awaited revenues or else Tango 1 has agreed to get the drinks in.

The current MCap for Infa and the LOI which was signed earlier this week was for at least one vessel for £385m. So the MCap is less than 10% of the contract price. Assuming a 20% margin it is less than the margin on the contract. How long does everyone think it will take before the market catches on how cheap the shares are. I think it will be next month when the Annual Report and Accounts come out as they will show maiden revenues.
