I wonder whether the Science Group's move might cause some one else to put in a firm offer in. They now know that the Board would want more than around 5p a share.

I have read the statement and note that the indicative offer was for 5.8p which it viewed as an undervalue. I would not accept such an offer as it would mean taking a greater loss than I would be comfortable.

I note what was said about the plan going forward and it is one I can support as it is not as much of a scattergun approach as the previous CEO's plan was. On that basis when the EGM is called I will be voting against the resolutions.

At long last the Government has published its Hydrogen Strategy see this BBC article. https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-58238367. I am not sure that it is particularly effective need a detailed look.

I was just looking at this LinkedIn post again https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-6831910429367795712-0dKb and I noticed that one of the hashtags used was conversion. There is in sufficient information to come to a conclusion but one possible explanation and I stress it is only a possible explanation is that one of the ships is going to be a conversion. If that is the case it makes breakeven a distinct possibility.

Interesting statement it looks like Science Group does not have the funds to make an offer above what it has already offered. I wonder if we might see an offer backed by a concert party.

The Victorine is scheduled to arrive later today for what is scheduled to be a one week docking in the drydock. Hopefully she will be followed into drydock with another vessel quite quickly.

ThisTimeNextYeer Ref 15.03 post. My concern is that we appear to get a RNS just before a fundraise but not otherwise. We need an objective basis for when a RNS will be issued or the market will see a RNS and assume that a fundraise is coming. This will run the risk of pegging the share price back while everyone waits for the fundraise.

My morning check on VesselFinder shows that Fransisca Left this morning at 6.30. The Beautrident is still in port. The Baltica Hav is due to dock at 12 noon today. The Geervliet is due to dock on 27 August. If I notice any change I may update.

oldtramp ref 14.32 post I take your point but a three ship deal is sufficiently noteworthy as to in my opinion to justify a RNS as it might move the share price. This would especially be the case if it is a contract in the tens of millions.
