JW's comments as reported were CEO Infrastrata of Harland and Wollf, John Wood said: "We looked at this yard in depth before Appledore and the problem is the water depth, dredging, and who will pay for the constant ongoing cost."
He added: "Given the current state of the yard against the substantial dredging costs, it does make the business case and ROI problematic, but with some buy in from the council and port, anything is possible."
It is that reference to anything is possible that concerns me. Not being rude but as I do not know you I have no way of knowing how to judge the reliability of your comments.
