The only concern I have with this announcement is that the NOMAD and one of the two joint brokers are in the same group of companies. This raises the question as to what arrangements are or will be in place that advice from the NOMAD would not be given in a way that benefits the joint broker.

We were told that the annual report was due in April so it should come out this week. I presume it will be on Friday. What is everyone expecting? I am anticipating a narrowing of losses. An increase in losses would be a concern. Of interest would be what is said about future prospects.

Lottie123 ref 11.53 post the notice did not say who won the tender so it is impossible to say. My point was that if it was not HARL then it would be a concern.

Chitta123 ref 08.04 post I would observe that JW has said that they are looking again at the previous offtake agreement to ensure that it is still in the best interests of HARL. If I recall correctly the FID is due by the end of this quarter so we should know in the next two months what the financing for IslandMagee will look like. How different to what was previously proposed we do not know.

LSE03 ref 12.14 post that will be a very short list so a good chance of HARL making it. HARL already has export guarantee finance facilities in place and a large enough dry dock. What would be really good if it can be pulled off is to get the contract for both the cables and the ship. HARL can point to the recent conversion of the Entsha as evidence of capability. Cross fingers time I think.

I have been looking into my crystal ball and it tells me that the 2021 results will be published on 26 April.
