Si_Derman ref 18.10 post on Tuesday technically neither the FY21 results or is published in September the interims would be late. The FY21 accounts do not have to be published until 20 June. Six months after the end of the financial year. The interims would not be due until 30 September three months after the end of the six months interim period. So to delay the publication of the FY21 results for another month would still leave it being published on time. It perhaps would have been better if HARL had not said anything until the audit had been completed.

Holding CDIs allows us to offer electronic trading in the same way as UK shares. However, for each CDI issued, CREST holds the same number of shares in its name direct with the Central Securities Depositary of the home country of the underlying stock.

This process does have an impact on certain elements of holding investments. You will not receive Voting rights or be able to attend a company meeting. We are currently in the process of introducing a facility that will allow us to vote on some of the CDI holdings and will be contacting clients with further details once the facility is in place.'

Thankfully the meeting is being streamed on Investor Meet Company so I will be able to attend.

Nobby31 ref 15.22 post the combined cost of the Queen Victoria and Aurora dry dockings would be interesting to know. Neither ship is on the small side so a refurbishment would not be cheap. The Queen Victoria is going to be in dry dock for almost three weeks so that would probably be a tidy sum. Will have to wait until September when the interim results are out to find out.

Nobby31 ref 10.13 You may be referring to the docking for the Queen Victoria which occurred yesterday and the Aurora which is next month. I addition there were some contracts at arnish.

Consuela ref 22.57 post You are factually wrong. HARL still has the original planning permission and therefore it can do anything covered by it where relevant conditions have been complied with. As far as the marine license is concerned unless the court has granted an injunction they are entitled to do anything covered by the marine license subject to any conditions in the license.

The Queen Victoria has now successfully berthed in the dry dock fora planned 20 day stay. I wonder what work is going to be done other than routine maintenance.

Tomorrow looks like it will be a busy based on the current information on the Belfast Harbour website. We have the Stena Horizon currently berthed in BBD. The Pharos will be shifting from GWS to SRQ to be joined by the W B Yeats. The Queen Victoria will move from SRQ to BDD.

I see the W.B.Yeats is back in port from Monday for a planned 7 day visit probably to finish off the work fro the last visit.

dawski37 Thanks for your interesting posts seems like the French may be ignoring EU rules. I suspect that the new route is designed to avoid British waters. The Irish Naval Service have a few problems so would be unlikely to cause any issues, unlike the Royal Navy.

Consuela ref 21.39 post you are confusing two different things ownership of the land and the ability to run pipes under the land. As I am sure you are aware you do not need the former to do the latter. To do the latter you only need a grant of an easement from the landowner. So when in my 19.17 post the IslandMagee Gas Cavern Project I meant to include all the rights and licenses needed to complete the project. In as far as any licenses needed have not been granted then undertakings or indemnities in relation to the same. On your point about the license I would disagree about its value.

Consuela ref 18.44 post I would of thought that someone of your intelligence could of worked out that it is the whole gas cavern project that is going to probably be either fully or partially sold. This would include the license which for reasons I have stated in previous posts effectively a 50 year license.

Jabido ref 09.01 post sounds all very positive but I am the stage where the champagne is staying in the fridge until I see the cruise ships actually docking in the dry docks. We have in my opinion reached the time where we need action not words.

Can one of the financial experts explain how will the placing money will be treated in the accounts

This is causing a flashing yellow in my mind. The stated reason seems to imply that there is an issue with the acquisitions during the period.
