While it mentions the possibility of dry docking it does not say where. There are limited options and one of those is dependent on catching the tide at the right time.

RichardMcV ref 09.25 post you are right that there is a contract starting next year in relation to dockings with Rosyth. However if for technical reasons a docking is not possible then Belfast is the standby option.

Bubble2021 ref 12.35 post the issue is with the dock at Glasgow. The Queen Elizabeth Class are a tight fit and so there are only about five days a month when they can get in.

If I recall there is only a small window every month when the Queen Elizabeth Class of carriers can get into Glasgow. If repairs are needed that cannot be done then the question is will they manage to get it into Glasgow. HARL is I believe the back up solution.

Starting next month I would hope to see some of the MoUs in relation to wind turbines that have been mentioned converted into contracts. If the market sees very significant fabrication contracts that provides work for some years then the share price should hopefully recalibrate to something nearer fair value

Chrisatrdg ref 15.27 post I note we did not get an RNS giving the Notice of AGM although it was posted on the website. It therefore seems that shareholders will need to rely on their broker to tell them about it. Not a good impression. Could you ask about the interims assuming they do not come out before the AGM would like to know what they are expecting from them.

Bubble2021 ref 17.22 post all that is needed now is for a favourable brokers research note. We did not have one after the Annual Report. At the AGM can somebody raise the question of trying to get another broker to do a research note.

SidTheMan My losses on this share while not as bad as some is still significant. That said I am reasonably content with the direction of the company based on both the increasing contract revenues. Also the other uses for the yards as shown by today's RNS shows that HARL can utilise the yards to keep generating contract revenues. The question which I expect to be answered in the next two years is can HARL convert the contract revenues to profits. At present I am of the view that it is 5/50.

bankrupty ref 08.35 As I understand it the berths at Belfast that HARL uses are leased from the Belfast Harbour Commissioners and are reflected in the accounts as right to use. Appledore is the only site where the Freehold is owned by HARL as far as I know. Methil and Arnish were bought from the administrator and I believe they are also leaseholds I could be wrong on that.

LiquidSilver ref 08.29 post probably not as there are still the unaudited accounts for the six months ending 30 June 2022 which are not due until 30 September. Also I suspect there are other contract negotiations going on.

Bubble2021 ref 07.15 this was definitely not the RNS I was expecting today. I was expecting the formal notice of the AGM which we still have not had. I note this comment 'and revenues derived from this contract are included within existing market forecasts.' Looks like HARL may meet the forecast of £63-£75m.

LSE03 ref 17.48 post the only concern I have about this is that Kwasi Kwarteng is tipped to be Chancellor in a Liz Truss cabinet. This article does not give confidence about his ability for long term thinking.

LSE03 ref 14.40 post I note in the article it says 'In Scotland we have already developed the 450MW Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm' I believe that this is near the Saipem development so HARL would probabaly be known to them. It is therefore a possibility.
