Colin has often been economical with the facts so even the RNSes may turn out to be not entirely correct. What's happening with Croatia bidding this month? For example.

Gas had been produced in Petisovci for decades prior to AST's involvement in November 2004. Strange how the objections only arose when a foreign company got involved.

Shedulike, You're certain but you're no legal expert? Don't need to be. Google is your friend. And there are corporate lawyers doing it.

As you say Monarch we're kept in the dark. However I believe John is now the man to deal with the compressor. Colin was not. He's an accountant.

Lots of questions for those who can make the AGM. Not a non event now as someone thought it would be. The BoD need to be questioned about the compressor and legal action. And we need a comprehensive written answer from Colin as to the way forward.

The RNS was specific about the legal case.

Litigation lawyers will cover the case on a no win no fee basis. Let's not throw all the eggs out of the basket. We need the compressor. PG10 is still good and PG11a will also respond.

To me this is a positive move at last. But some may think the SP could suffer by the possibility of a further placing to pay for legal action. The RNS states that will be kept to a minimum and Colin has already stated he will use litigation lawyers. They take a cut of the final payout but at least we'll get something. Right now we have little else other than installing a compressor to increase production at PG10 and PG11a.

It would make sense to install the compressor. After all without stimulation permits that's the only way to increase production.

It looks like we're back to a previous RNS where the intent was made to maximise production at Petisovci, take legal action where necessary and move on to Croatia.

At last the company has realised the bleeding obvious. A robust move and one that should force the Slovene administration into a more reasonable outcome.

Slovenia still have to follow EU law. And Slovenia should follow it's own laws, in any case. They haven't been doing so.
