There is Ascent Slovenia. Whether they have a 'Director' as we would know it is not known to me. That's all part of my assertion that things were intentionally 'lost in translation'. The press is starting to provide propaganda and misinformation.

AST needs some income to cover costs at the very least. To shut down everything would be wrong IMO. We've been debt free and no income would change that and with just a possibly long drawn out court case to look forward to.

TPT, you're assuming these people follow all the rules symmetrically and fairly as we generally do in the UK. My experience is they cherry pick the rules they want to follow and sideline the ones they don't want to follow.

Shareholders need to be informed where AST are going at the AGM. This situation has been on going for some months now. Colin should have a plan of action. They have had plenty of time to formulate a cogent plan.

That tweet was timed as 08:51 17th June. That means the information reached the Slovene press, yet again, before an RNS informing the market of the suspension of gas production. We also haven't had an intra day RNS to inform us. Again we have a situation where we are finding out from the Slovene press before the market is officially told. That AGM tomorrow should be exciting.

All in good time? We'll all be well past caring by the time this gets moving, at this rate. Or many would have moved on.
