Agree it takes more than one report to change the narrative but H1 has shown they are moving in the right direction. Consistency deals now followed by a positive set of results will change sentiment.

Good to see growth from BATMs core businesses, a lot of operational costs coming from BATMs non core businesses which are being sold off. Will see a big impact from this in future results.

Basu is definitely on the right path. H1 was a success for KMK. Need to keep the momentum going for H2. SP will follow with continuous deal flow.

I think the steady flow of orders is more important to investor confidence - a lot of people have been doubting KMK and saw the Siemens deal as a one off. Very clear now that this is not the case, Basu is doing an excellent job.

Yeh I agree let’s see if Basu does get some skin in the game. Would give investors a lot of confidence that KMK will continue on the road of growth and profitability.

The next contract news will be huge for KMK as it will truly show the non believers that KMK have turned a corner.

The disposal of these loss making businesses would have taken time and attention away from BATMs core business. Now moving forward they can put more focus into the key divisions where BATM have substantial growth potential.

Very positive news today as BATM complete the disposal of 3 loss making businesses. Now they can turn their attention to the 3 core businesses which show considerable year-on-year growth.

Very good news today with the new gov’t contract. The DD done on KMK by the govt would have been very intense which speaks to the quality of KMK. Excited for many more contract announcements in H2.

Agree that the profitability of the contracts won is very important. Let’s see how H2 goes, hopefully we get some exciting news on that front

I get why those that have been in since IPO may have a slightly different view from those that are more recent investors like myself. What would you guys need to see in H2 to make you more bullish on the future. Is it just SP related or based around new contracts etc?

The news of Miles returning as CFO was great but I am patiently waiting for a bigger catalyst (potentially around divestment) to send the SP back above 20

It seems there is a clear distinction between people here who only look at price, and people who look into KMK’s development.

There is nothing concerning about rehiring an old employee. Infact quite the opposite, BATM know exactly how good Lior is. Unlike with a new CFO, BATM know exactly what they are getting with Lior. It will also take Lior far less time to get up to speed than a new CFO. All-in-all a great rehire.

A very positive appointment as Lior returns to replace Ran as CFO. Lior's prior experience at BATM will help him hit the ground running allowing for a smooth transition.

Billy, if you analyse KMKs trend from when we started getting positive deals (Jan 2025) a clear uptrend has formed (24% up). I still don't think we should focus so much on price action in the ST and more on the updates we get from KMK. If updates remain consistent/positive price will naturally follow. Looking forward to the retail investor event on Wednesday.

Well said Pedro, those that have been holding for years definitely have a negative bias which is understandable. It will take Basu longer to convince them KMK has really turned around but I am sure, with time, they will see the potential KMK has just like the newer shareholders see it.

Im a big fan of Capital Markets days. They are very important when it comes to installing confidence in key shareholders and also making them feel heard. Excited to find out more about the Groups strategy and prospects for delivering the next stage of growth.
