Which given recently developments is more likely to expand than to halt operations for employees to be called up for national service. As Incontext mentioned, the rest of BATM's business is located in US, Italy and Hungary. From an operational standpoint it is not something to be worried about!

Shorters will be taking their profits around 20. In times of fear and uncertainty, price movements are always exacerbated. I have seen this many times - this will just be a classic case of mean reversion.

My personal view is despite the geopolitical instability in the region, BATM's fundamentals remain strong and continue to offer investors long-term potential. The recent events may introduce added risk, but BATM has historically displayed resilience and the capacity to rebound. The way I see it, this volatility just enhances returns for investors who understand that BATMs fundamentals and growth (especially in Edgility) is v strong.

Only issue with taking profits at 29p is the risk of missing out on further positive news that will push the share price to the high 30s. Personally I would suggest only taking profit on half of your allocation, therefore you still make profit on your BATM swing trades and won't miss out on any of the exponential rallies but each to their own!

Personally I am surprised this move didn't come sooner. BATM has had multiple positive headlines over the past few weeks with little reaction from the SP. It was only a matter of time before investors began to notice fundamentals improving and SP motionless. Patience will definitely pay off with BATM!

With the influx of positive news recently and the SP remaining stagnant it is clear that prices have deviated from fundamentals. This cannot last forever, and if we continue to see bullish news it will just be a matter of time before BATM spikes upwards

I knew the fundamentals would convince you eventually Nutmegmilk. V strong results for BATM with all key figures outpacing expectations. People will always try think of a reason to doubt this stock but in the end the fundamentals will prevail

Patience is key with investing.. often holding LT is where the real money is made. People may be sick of hearing "the next 6 months are crucial" but it is the truth. In my eyes, I see BATM very much like a growth stock, with the potential of significant returns if all goes to plan.

To answer your question "I don't understand why people are excited by BATM" I think the answer is simple.... the expectation of significant profits in the future if BATM can execute as expected, thus handsomely rewarding shareholders. This is just my opinion and I may be wrong but I am happy to debate this further.

Think you are suffering from recency bias Nutmeg. As you pointed out earlier the company has had some good news and from this good news BATM will be able to increase its revenue. As we all know, fundamentals work well with equity investments and therefore if profit does increase (as the good news suggestions) so will the share price. The issue is there is no imminent increase in profit (apart from a few divisions) which is why the share price has not moved much yet.

Apologies.. I meant core divisions not non core. Adding to my initial comment, I think the next few years could transform the company into a behemoth if Moti can execute his proposed strategy. It is clear everyone is very focused on working on these key areas, evidenced by the Q&A. The healthy cash balance position will also help BATM continue to invest in R&D while others will have to borrow money at extortionate rates.

Agreed InContext, I am very happy to see BATM senior management recognise the potential they have with their non core division. Everyone knows Edgility will be the next huge win for BATM but not many know that the company also has huge potential in Cyber and Medical Diagnostics

Sounds like a very positive brokers note. I think the future guidance will be crucial and the H1 results at the end of the month will be a huge indication of how the stock will perform in the near future.
