Shocked by the lack of reaction we saw to this news. I don't think people realise how big of an opportunity this is for BATM. Revenue of $10bn is insane and their sales channels will be perfect for BATM

Major news today as BATM begin to sell their cybersecurity solution to commercial markets via a huge partnership. This goes to show the quality of the product as an organisation that produces over $10bn in annual revenue wouldn't just partner with anyone. Now that BATM have a distribution solution the fun really starts! Delivery of the units commence in the first half of 2025 - I am expecting BATMs cyber business to grow massively in the near future now.

Definitely a possibility Resistance, think the need for quantum encryption protection as a whole is only going to grow over the coming years so would be good to see what % of the market BATM can capture. This could be a very profitable opportunity over the next few years.

Yeh agreed SpectralBlue, seems like everyone has blown these two minor problems out of proportion. Neither the $400k nor the transfer of domain will affect Chilled's bottom line in any way.

Great analysis Bluerill and completely agree with what you're saying. My guess is the disposable of some of the non-core business divisions will be completed in H2. Expect this to have a substantial impact on SP as well as development on core businesses as they will have management's full attention.

Been quiet on the news front for BATM. Wonder if management have anything up their sleeve to finish Q2 off with a bang. SP trending downwards recently given the inactivity but I would expect this to reverse if we get some exciting news

Definitely impacting SP but as the core businesses are in other jurisdictions I do not think it will have much of an impact on the bottom line. If anything maybe an increase in defence contracts in the future.

Agreed TradeWizard, we have had a positive H1 so far, hopefully we continue to see contract announcements coming through in H2

With the growing demand for AI and edge computing also comes the increase for cyber security. Would be good to see BATM capitalising on this trend over the coming months.

30s seems reasonable to me. My main focus is development over share price at the moment as I am not looking to relinquish my shares any time soon. So far in 2024 I have been very happy with the contracts/extensions we have received, hopefully we see more of the same in H2.

With the end now in sight for the Gaza conflict the share price will likely recover a bit. We have lost about 20% due to the war so will be interesting to see how much we recover

Yeh personally I am very happy with BATM's development so far in 2024. We likely see a discounted SP until the war ends which is fine by me as can continue to buy the stock cheap. Patience will most definitely be rewarded with BATM.

Extremely positive news for BATM as they have been selected for a prestigious EU-funded tuberculosis diagnostics program in collaboration with Italy's National Research Council. This partnership will help to develop rapid TB and multi-drug-resistant TB diagnostics. This could significantly enhance BATM's market position in a sector worth over $2bn.

Think many investors won't have the patience to wait for the tension to ease. I think we may continue to see a discounted price but all I know is the longer we stay at the lows, the larger the move will be in the future.

Very evident to me that the tensions in the Middle East are hampering the share price. In my view, the intrinsic value of the fundamentals massively exceeded the share price as investors are still worried, even though the conflict has not impacted their bottom line. If anything, the situation might even boost the company's revenue in their cybersecurity division.

Very exciting news for BATM investors as it clearly indicates strong progress in commercialisation and a bullish outlook for the SP.

I completely agree, Resistance. The decision by BATM to divest its non-core businesses is very promising. It allows BATM to concentrate on its most profitable sectors (networking edge, cybersecurity, and diagnostics). Realistically, these are the businesses that will generate the most money for BATM and therefore more ROI for shareholders so its encouraging to see them dedicating all their efforts there.

Completely agree, an extension is proof of the quality of Edgility. Clearly clients are not disappointed and the retention rate will likely be very high. Bullish.
