Strong set of year end results for BATM with both revenue and gross profit seeing an increase from 2024. As Moti mentioned, one of the key things for 2025 was the disposal of none core business units which will allow BATM to put all their focus on the three key growth areas. Excited for 2026 and what’s to come.

Very interesting, even though we are already up 20% YTD, Singer sees potential for another 60%+ in the short/medium term. Really does seem like KMK has turned a corner and investor confidence has returned. Few big contract announcements and we could see 20p.

Agree here, we have been holding well YTD. Positive year end results coupled with a few new contracts and I believe 20p will come sooner than we think.

In my opinion, revenue growth from the 3 core divisions will be the primary focus for investors going into year end results. Clear the product quality is there, shown by some of the contracts they have won but ultimately the rate of growth will be the key aspect.

Definitely a solid partnership for BATM, being hand picked speaks to the quality that BATM offer and massively helps with expansion as TradeWizard mentioned. Excited to see what comes from this partnership.

Very good start to the year with the sale of AMS. This is the fourth (and largest) disposal BATM have done in the last 12 months. Attention can now return to the core business divisions which will bring the majority of value for shareholders. Growth of these core divisions is the priority for 2026.

Good news today on the appointment of Gil Sharon as Chairman. A lot of experience in telecoms and Tase listed companies which is exactly what BATM need now to continue to grow their key divisions. Expect him to make a real difference in 2026.

Breaking 0.08p will happen. Matter of when… it’s been a good year for KMK. At some point we will get a SP repricing which reflects this. For now it’s about being patient.

Drop in SP due to market wide sell off + traders becoming risk off is just giving discounted opportunities. Fundamentals haven’t changed, it’s been a solid year for KMK.

Impressive RNS from BATM today. Closing a deal with one of the world’s largest technology conglomerates. Order value is worth $670k although I’m sure there is more to come given the tenfold increase in edge bandwidth for the customer.

Positive to see some directorate changes today, it seemed as if Zvi and the new directors were a bit of a blocker.

Great news on the disposal of the medical distribution business. Getting rid of these non-core businesses will allow BATM to put all effort/attention into the three key areas which have substantial growth potential.

I see there is an investor meet company presentation at 5pm on Monday 22nd with a Q&A.

Growth aspect is important. Good to see they have multiple deals lined up. I can’t imagine many are still doubting that the turn around management has been successful, if they are I’m sure that will change very quickly when another new contract is announced
