Im reinvesting the dividend so i would like a drop before August. The 50p divi is a given but there is a question mark over the divi going forward. It all depends on the inflows. I was listening to the M+G CEO on CNBC he was saying inflows are improving

Dand/ maybe you should take it over?

We knew this was coming, We will see how much it affects by earnings going forward.

We are under 2% down on the futures

We are due an update on vaccines in September. I treat a lot of this stuff as noise, i just focus on the earnings. The tariffs and vaccines also affect our competitors. At the end of the day the SP will follow the earnings, so far they have held up well. The SP is depressed, i consider this to be 40% undervalued, so anyone thinking of buying in, that is a big margin of safety. Hopefully a deal with the US and China will get done. My guess is China will end up paying a 25% tariff, which the US consumer will be paying.

It makes you think whether its worth holding pharmaceutical companies. What with the tariffs ,vaccines and being sued by every tom ,dick and harry. The likes of Moderna and AstraZeneca have suffered more than us when it comes to vaccines. So far it hasnt had a big affect on earnings, only time will tell.

Semmi/ 372p is a great price. My average is 490p. I will sell 80% at 650p and keep 20% long term. Well thats the plan!!

The shorters are betting on the outflows continuing and a cut in the dividend. Shorters are not very clever most of them lose money ,i dont mind them because when they close they boost the SP. To make big money out of investing you have to suffer these times of uncertainty. In 45 years of investing ive had 48 winners and 7 losers, only time will tell what pile this will go on.

It was obvious Trump was going to be radical in his first year. Unlike China he has to face mid term elections .Trump will be gone in 4 years. I do not trust China getting close to them would be a mistake. Trade with the EU will improve ,its in both our interests. The EU is changing you can see that by their election results. American tariffs are a big deal for the EU because of their manufacturing

These politicians just make me sick. Peter Mandelson sucking up to Trump ,after all what he said about him. Sure hes got to do a job but what an hypocrite. The americans want cheaper pharma so our margins will be cut in the US. that was on the cards even if Biden had won the election. Hopefully we can make it up by developing new markets. The next 4 years are going to be tough for pharma with Trump and JFK Jr

Its old news, we knew this was coming. I hope its priced in the SP

They use the Buyback to stabilise the SP. There is a small short on us 0;7% which doesnt help. As we get nearer the Ex Divi date(should be early July) we will get the Divi hunters piling in, which should support the SP. This stock is all about the return of inflows ,if they come back we will be up to 800p. If they dont its a slow death and a merger with another poor devil.

Aim/i agree and with a higher SP/MCAP i would like us to leave AIM and join the 250 and list on the Australian market ASX. I really like this its safe with plenty of growth.

There is no way they would do a 50 point cut, that would spook the market. A 25 point cut and forward guidance that there will be more to come. We also should get some positive news at 3pm with a trade deal with the US. What we really need is a RNS stating strong inflows.

The way this is moving it looks like the market is expecting a rate cut'

Win/only time will tell if you have done the right thing. In 2017 i sold out of Petrofac at £49 making a big profit, now its trading at 4p. On the other side i sold out of AstraZeneca at £49 in 2018 now its £104. As they say" There is never a bad time to take a profit"

Win/ i sold half of mine about a year ago at a profit. As long as you make a profit you havnt made a mistake .My biggest regrets in investing have been selling too early although i have got out at the right time many times, so when you get it wrong dont beat up on yourself. If you see something more compelling sell up and move on. I have 30K shares in this which i intend to hold long term.

The whole sector is down today, apparently its to do with vaccines.

If they cut on Thursday this should go over £4
