Aim/in the statement they did say they would get an update from the CMA in October which surprised me .i thought it was coming in November and the final report in February .No wonder so many hedge funds lose money, If the report is favourable to us they will get burnt. Many small growth stocks have been beaten up, most will not return to previous highs ,i think CVSG will exceed its previous high. How long that takes as more to do with market conditions.

I agree David ,we are cheap. The market has priced in a decline in AUM. The management seems to think a shift from US passive to Europe/UK active is about to happen ,im not so sure. If the US tech comes off, i think the whole market goes down. i hope im wrong

At least the management are optimistic. Disappointing numbers but being -40% will hold and take the dividends

Aim/ If the SP goes back to £25 many will ask that question. No idea about short trackers. The shorters normally use CFDs so they have to buy back the shares when they close a position, which gives the SP a boost. Fair value for me is £15

The rise in the SP is probably the shorts closing

I have just listened to the webcast. I didnt ask a question, all questions came from analysts .I know they like to increase the dividend but i would prefer them to use the money for growth. They have a long runway in Australia which should keep them busy for the next few years. Long term hold

Jatw/your right they are tomorrow. I probably got this mixed up with something else im holding . Im just hoping that the growth is still there in Australia. We are the biggest vets in the UK, i cant ever see that changing. There is a lot to like about CVSG ,with the CMA report in the rear view mirror and interest rates on the way down the future is looking bright.

A decrease. It looks like a" risk on" day for small growth stocks ,lets hope the tide is about to turn. We have had a 3 year bear market for small growth, its got to end soon.

Our results are on Nov 5, so it looks like we will be first. The CMA say the final report will be in February, i wonder if they will postpone it.

Tame/ No, the 22p is for the whole year. We got 22p+50p=72p. Now we are estimated to get 22p, that will be split into 2 payments

There is nothing wrong with the business. Our funds performance has been poor, especially compared to the likes of JUP. Interest rates and passive investing are the problem. At 190M m/cap we are very cheap,

I just wonder if the PETS profit warning and the sacking of their CEO had anything to do with delaying the report. The Chinese would have built a city in the time they have produced this report.
