Aim/i love forced selling, it give you an opportunity to buy. The buyback is stabilising the SP. If goes under £12 i will buy back the few i sold

Iron/i sold 10% at £14, i will be buying them back when we join the main market. I like this business, to me it has a moat being the biggest vets in the UK and plenty of growth in Australia. I dont worry about the SP. The SP will eventually catch up with the earnings in the years to come. Interest rates are coming down which will be a great benefit to us.

Ive been through 4 crashes. I doubt if one will happen but i wouldnt say "no chance" .A crash is about a 50% drop, that would take us below £20. More likely to be a correction about a 20% pullback. Many think a crash/correction is due, i hope they are wrong. That is why the likes of Buffett hold plenty of cash, so they can take advantage of a crash. Even if there is a crash/correction i expect this to recover.

I also bought in around £34. it would have to go under £30 for me to buy more. If we get a crash/correction it might go under £20

" why would anyone hold to take a hit" Well, most of us have taken the hit ,its a case of now waiting for a turnaround. In the mean time we do have the dividend, so we are being paid to hold.

ShearClass/ "Funds are not going to buy your shares because you switch to a different listing" Im holding a long suffering active manager, why is it suffering because of passive investing. The likes of Vanguard are running the show because passive have outperformed active ,by a long way.. They just buy everything in the index ,it is weighted but everything gets bought

Iron/ I am not a young buck, im in my 70s,so the IHT affects me. Whether to leave AIM or not is a matter of opinion. I dont like to see stocks stay too long in AIM, to me its a red flag. I remember when the AIM market started back in the Dot Com boom its results have been poor although ive had my biggest winners from the AIM market. You have to expect the top 10 AIM stocks to move to the main index or the Nasdaq. If you want to invest for IHT look at companies under £300M market Cap.

Iron/you have obviously got the hump over the move to the main market. Companies such as ASOS have not done well since leaving AIM but even if they had stayed in AIM they would still have done badly because the last 3 years have been terrible for growth stocks. On the other hand you have the likes of Domino Pizza which has thrived since leaving AIM. Your focus is on the SP not the company, which never ends well. If you are looking for" great fun and easy money" your in the wrong game.

Aim/now you know why you didnt get an answer to your question. Now we should be a lower investment risk with better access to capital and media coverage. At least when i say i invest in CVSG, im not met with a, who?

SheerClass/ There must be thousands of funds that cant invest in AIM .Then you have the Index funds that track the main index. Obviously the management agrees with me. Sure we will have forced sellers but i expect the "grown ups" to buy.

I am pleased with the move, many funds were unable to buy us because we were in AIM. It was always going to happen with a rising SP. There are extra costs that is probably why the SP has dropped today.

Jcb/Its never the shares fault its ours for buying it.

In the short term i dont take too much notice of the SP. In the long term its all about earnings, the SP will follow the earnings. If you look a the history and business model of CVSG, theres no reason why this cant make new highs in 18 months

Our market share should increase in the UK now the report as taken away the uncertainty. Small and one man bands , can now sell up to the big boys. Hopefully its upwards and onwards for CVSG

The provisional report is due within 2 weeks and the final report in February

The results are in November, give it 6 months ,things will be a lot clearer. My gut feeling is we will marry ourselves up or be taken private

I suspect the shorters are trying to get out, many small trades going through. I expect them to be gone before the report

Maybe they agree with our management and can see a shift into active management. I wouldnt be shorting at these levels

Yeah, mine is 3 positions and at 2.5%. I noticed they raised the divi slightly but have paid it a month later. which is fine by me
