Agreed Mike, he has shareholders over a barrel and he knows it.

He has delivered nothing in 5 years and will deliver nothing for the next 5 years IMO with the exception of lots more promises and his own salary.

I have been invested on and off during that 5 year period and am holding a few at the moment at an average not too far from where we are now so count myself lucky.

Regardless of all the cash, it has been/is still a fascinating company to follow over the last 5 years for those with an interest in business generally and will make a great documented case study of how AIM companies generally unfold.

The action group will simply do whatever GR instructs them to do.

He will tell them everything is rosy but we need more money through a raise, they will all believe him and vote for the raise.

GR and the action group have form.

I see several posts on here from some indicating RHA being close to 'profitable production'.

Can someone please show the financials or are we to assume wishful thinking again.

If you cannot show the financials, save us all some time and a) dont respond to this post and b) stop mentioning it as fact. Its not.

@MrMagoo31. I did see your post and I agree that RHA may be electrified soon, hopefully by end Jan if not sooner.

I have seen nothing that leads me to believe RHA will be profitable by April, this year, last year, the year before or next year, although I will accept that this has been promised during all these periods. This is wishful thinking, nothing more at this stage IMO. Which means the remainder of your post is irrelevant for the time being.

If you really believe that RHA will be profitable to a level that meets "ALL the working capital for the company moving forward", perhaps you could share the financial model and sources that lead you to believe this

Any hint of an EGM and this will tank but I suspect you are right. Further dilution to come via EGM.

It will either work out or it won't. I won't be loosing any sleep over it either way.

I think the assets are good. My thoughts on the management of the company and decision making/spending are well known.

Without going over old ground, I would be delighted to know exactly what happened to the 'near term cash generating potential' of the lodge and limestone purchase made previously. Maybe thats where the funding is coming from lol.

Lots of unanswered questions with PREM and its acquisition history. Questions that I feel personally would make a good read if answered independently.
