@Graham. Not at all. There is no good reason presently to buy into this company at any price point.

It has no cash, no immediate means of obtaining any cash, other than further dilution which will torpedo the sp, and a track record I don't need to repeat.

If GR dies not get funds somehow, this company is over. Where are those funds coming from?

He has cried wolf one too many times IMO. The market would appear to agree.

I suspect no funding will be received. The upshot being that we have a larger share of RHA for GR to do nothing with as we don't have any cash.

EPO - I eould be amazed to see it this year.

He hasn't delivered aything in 5 years. Why would he start now? His biggest concern at the moment is probably how to continue his lifestyle. IMO.

EGM and ceilimg raise imminent IMO.

EGM will be called soon and this sp will tank IMO. The company has zero cash.

Because surely they would have RNSd as per what VASTs management have done.

So the obvious question is, why have PREM not received a similar official communication?

You and your crew have been saying the same thing since October last year. Why is this week or next any different. It's not.

The fact is that after the kicking of the RHA can down the road again todsy, this company is in serious financial difficulty.

Many on this bb have been hoping that is the case for years. Any progress regarding RHA has effectively been kicked down the road yet again. I won't mention the amount GR has sunk into it for it to go nowhere at all.

The EPO is the last chance saloon here for investors to get any of their hard earned cash back. Years and years of mismanagement and questionable aquisitions have not benefitted shareholders at all.

I do not see that changing. Nor am I holding out much hope that the EPO is awarded anytime soon but could be wrong of course. The Zim govt dictate what will happen to this company frim now on and indeed whether it survives or not. And they know it. GR is now effectively hoping for a good outcome just like the rest of us. A CEO should not run a business based on hope.

Same nonsense we have been hearing for the last 4 years. This share will not budge until the current management step aside. Whilst the assets are promising, the market simply does not believe a word of it. ZERO value has been delivered in at least 4 years.

...it's not like anything GR has said before has not come to fruition! We must trust in and believe that everything he says will defo happen. Relax.

@MrMagoo Given that the EPO was not in last weeks Gazzette, if it is not in tomorrows Gazzette, does that mean it was never sent to be Gazetted by the Zim Govt in the first place do you think?

This is the problem with several shareholders on this BB. Always making assumptions and indicating they know what others are doing (including other shareholders, members of the Zim Govt and GR) when in reality there assumptions have zero factual basis.

If this does rise, you will probably see the biggest and quickest share sell off in AIM history as holders scramble for the door. The market simply does not trust GR and its hard to disagree.

There is no doubt granting of the EPO will be a derisking event for PREM. But, people have been saying the same about Circum for a good few years. What is different?

All I have seen is blind optimism and hope from shareholders, whipped up by the usual suspects on social media convincing each other it will happen since October.

There is no guarantee that the gazette news hits PM today! The excitement is based on nothing than GR 'alluding' to a comment made by 'somebody'!

I hope you are right @MrMagoo31 but I for one have been in this share long enough to be very sceptical of anything said by GR . Its prudent in my opinion to take anything he does say with a massive dose of salt.

A podcast where GR stated he spoke to a mystery lady who supposedly said the EPO had been signed?

Apparently pictures of charts are showing that there is a 'bullish candle hammer', a 'bullish cup 'n' handle' but only on an hourly picture view, a 'triangle break' and we are apparently 'sniffing a MACD buy signal'. This has to be good right? To the moon then by Friday!

There is also a picture of a nice lady with a nice handbag. Not sure what this means but I am assuming it is related to share price predictiins and therefore is as positive an indicator as other signals.

Anyway GR says, via an interview where he cannot be held accountable, that he heard from an unknown lady that the gazzette is approved and we are waiting for the ink to dry. I for one would not see any need to question the credibility of his comments. After all, he hasn't failed us before and has a proven track record of delivering shareholder value.

Onwards and upwards.... lets see what the next 5 years brings.

Uber ramping on social media, the appearance of a mysterious blog proclaiming nothing but positives despite the shambles of the past 5 years. A bit of balance would give the blog more credibility at least! Unsupported rise over the last few days, huge excitement amongst the converted, fall back today despite shouts of 'to the moon' from the GR fan club.

Poster claiming to be in the know but unable to provide sources for their "definite" knowledge of the EPO sign off and JV and 1p+ by Friday.

If you had been around this share for long enough, you might believe its a carefully, but not so well, orchestrated activity.

Kenny, can you please enlighten us on who owns (individuals) MNH and why the investment by GR was made?

Headlines are great but detail matters. There are some interesting connections for those who can be bothered to research.

Is it a case of GR investing for a return for shareholders or another limestone type investment? The truth is out there.

And good luck to them. Hopefully the rise will continue.

BUT is there anyone else a bit sceptical of the reasons for the rise? Being pumped to high heaven on twitter. Also a mysterious blog that has appeared which contains nothing but positivity, despite the years of endless nonsense from GR.
