In other words, did he say what he has been saying for many years whilst delivering nothing. He must be laughing his head off. It would appear he can cry Wolf as many times as he likes.

They both looked pretty relaxed about things to me. They both know we are in a good place, even if the market hasn't cottoned on yet. 2020 will be huge IMO.

Is this the same reliable source that has been saying imminent for the last 8 weeks or a different reliable source? Do you have a reference for the info?

@glosman, I sincerely hope there is not another webinar tomorrow unless information is released in an RNS first.

If an RNS is released with substantially positive news, followed by a webinar, it might, just might, help stop the slide.

If no RNS is released but there is a webinar, the sp won't slide, it will plunge. GR can say what he wants in a webinar, it means nothing as we have all discovered over the years and more recently only last week.

Put simply his credibility is shot and no-one believes a word he says, particularly through an unofficial webinar. Absolutely pointless IMO.

Thanks for the response @Kev7722. I suspect the rain may not come soon enough but time will tell. As I said, I suspect the next 6-8 weeks will reveal all one way or another.

No. But I am resigning myself to the fact that the money I have in here may possibly/probably be lost. It's not a lot in the great scheme of things and whilst I obviously would prefer it to increase, losing the lot is not the end of the world.

Regardless of my own investing practices, are you aware of anything material to halt this slide in the near future?

There is nothing I can categorically state will happen to stop this slide into possible oblivion. We have no revenue, none looking likely in the short term, and debts due in early 2020 with just about enough further dilution available to cover those repayments. Consolidation and further dilution are a possible option I suppose.

Can anyone provide anything of material value (other than hope, whispers or "if you know you know") that may pull this company from the jaws of defeat?

Why are we so close?

2020 could be our year but then again we said the same in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

I wouldn't hold your breath. PREM needs cash. Consolidation and placing ahead IMO. We are running out of time, money and options.

Why would the Zim Gov award an EPO to PREM who have a track record, over many years, of delivering nothing at all?

@Wolf The twitter crew were liking each others pictures of dumper trucks yesterday. It reminded me of playing top trumps in the playground when at school. I wouldn't worry about too much what they say. They have got everything wrong so far.

@wolframite. They are clearly not getting any info that amounts to anything more than anyone else knows. This has become clear over the last 6-8 weeks. They are guessing like the rest of us. They may have more communications with GR than I do but I wouldn't say that gives them an advantage, I wouldn't believe a word he says.

The twitter gang have started to share pictures of big trucks with each other. I actually spat my coffee out when I looked at twittwr earlier. Good for a laugh but tells you all you need to know about levels of insider knowledge.

The recent raise was GR's last hurrah in my opinion. The question is would anyone want to take over this company and its, so far very costly, assets.

Judging by the actions of GR over the last 2 days, it is clear that he does not give two figs about the twitter 'action' group or what they think.

Shareholders here will soon face a stark choice:
1. Raise the sp ceiling so more cash can be raised
2. Switch off the lights

I expect an EGM to be called in the new year relating to the above. And there is always consolidation and another 4-5 years to dilute again.

@Matty161281, I would take anything GR says/writes with a massive dose of salt. His antics over the last few days antics have shocked even myself. This business is now a business which cannot be invested in until he leaves, but why would he?

He is getting a nice big fat payday every month for doing absolutely nothing at all. Millions squandered on nothing and zero value returned for share holders in the last 4-5 years. He may say he is stepping down but I do not believe a word that comes out of his mouth/pen. He will be here until the lights are switched off, which may only be a few months away.

The man has zero integrity left and the market clearly does not trust him. The cash raised yesterday will not last long at all. The dilution has become so frequent it would possibly be cheaper to RNS that a raise/dilution wasn't taking place!

You cannot seriously be trying to put a positive spin on this raise surely!
