Hit the nail on the head there Acker. Bang on post. There is no way on earth GR will be paying out such an amount as a divi to shareholders IMO. Its just not in his nature.

He will raise debt against the Circum shareholding and go on another spending spree IMO.

Hi Bickmaster, I am not sure even the EPO or Circum RNS if, and its a big if, they come will result in anything more than a short lived spike in the share price.

Todays sp action is further evidence to me that the market simply does not trust the current management of PREM. Fundamemtaly, that is the problem. Its hard to disagree with the market at present.

I know a few who wouldn't be getting let in and one in particular!

Let's see what reaction the next RNS brings. I know what news I am waiting for.

I am going to assume that this RNS today was not that many on here and twitter were expecting to be likely to send the share price into orbit before Christmas.

@matt, if your original comment was aimed at myself, i can assure you I am neither positive nor negative. I only have circa £10k in here and the assets look good. My concern is not the assets. If it goes up great, if it goes bust so be it. My thoughts on the issue here are well known and I will continue to share my thoughts. The facts and current sp speak for themselves. The market, currwntly, does not trust this company. I am hopeful this will change.

I wouldn't assume the EPO will be forthcoming anytime soon. I also wouldn't assume RHA will be profitable, we were told it would be years ago!

The next RNS will tell us all we need to know. It's a toss of a coin here at the moment IMO.

PREM need cash and as there will no longer be any loan repayment, it's not difficult to see how that is going to be enabled. I expect GR to seek to raise the share issue limit soon enough! He is not without form on that front.

@CF73, I applaud your positivity. However, this is another clear case of the current management doing exactly as they like, to the detriment of shareholders IMO.

I continue to hold for now as my average enables this but I am less than impressed. Where is the revenue from all the other "near term" opportunities that were apparently too good to pass up on?

Quite simply, there isn't any. I expect this deal to be no different as history tells me that will be the case.

It appears each new morning brings a new dawn for PREM. Wolf has been cried far far too many times! The only RNS that matters now is a change of management notification.

I wait with, probably false, hope. Good luck. We need it IMO.

This company needs a change of management ASAP.

I was going to say 1st April 2020, but don't want to give GR any ideas regarding our expectations!
