I asked the same question 6 months ago. It's an interesting company but money isn't made on 'sales understandings' which may come to nothing.

Have any contracts been delivered? Is cash coming in yet?

OK, thanks. Looking at the Align website it appears they have ceased covering WDC and in fact back in September 2018 issued a statement trying to pull together significant shareholders with a look to forcing an EGM and removing the BoD as it was back then.

I am assuming that the settlement mentioned in the RNS today relates to a historical payment dispute and that WDC no longer use/pay them? Does anyone know if this is the case? Do Align still have an active business relationship with WDC?

Before i go any further, am I reading it right that an individual alledging to be an employee from a PR firm WDC uses and pays for in shares was on here posting and threatening other shareholders with legal action?
