...apart from a load of MoU's and a major shareholder that has recently 'agreed to look for opportunities' in partnership with an other company for 2 years, what do we have?
I am not saying the share hasn't got potential but what do we have today apart from promises of contracts being signed, MoU's and a major partner looking for opportunities?
I have been watching this share for months but my research has not led my to anything concrete... Plenty planned for Q2 however apparently.
Following the announcement on 26 November 2018, the Company has continued to engage with the Liaison Committee, setup and chaired by the Mozambican Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy ("MIREME"), to agree the updated Project work program and timetable. This process is expected to be finalised in January 2019.
Hoping we are to get confirmation of finalisation this week, but it may be next week they release the RNS if finalised this week.
... a few MoU's, an online interview and a lot of ramping on this BB, is there anything of substance I am missing?
Looking to invest but cannot find anything concrete in the last few RNS's to indicate this company has anything of value. Patents? Proven, working capability? Or is this a "we will be big because we have to be" kind of share, which is what I am picking up on this BB.
Are we expecting an update this week on the following....
"The Support Documents have been shared with the Company's potential strategic partners for review, and the Company has submitted a proposed updated timetable for signing of the JDA, receipt of firm EPC and O&M proposals and commercial operations date for the Project. This process includes counter signing of the MoU by its potential strategic partners to give it legal effect. As per previous announcements, the Company's believes that the JDA can be completed within 3 months of an updated timetable being agreed."
Updated project timetable (including signing of MoU and LoS) agreed and signed off by CMEC and GE this week?
