If no RNS is issued prior to the webinar, it is quite simply not worth dialling in. PREM can say what they want in a webinar with no accountability for any statements made and history shows that is the one thing they are very good at IMO.

Coronavirus will be blamed, promises will be made, things will be happening 'imminently' to ensure shareholder value and they may even have their eye on another 'too good to miss opportunity'. Ultimately, I suspect they will be painting a glowing picture of the future and will be asking for permission to increase the share ceiling to facilitate a raise or it's lights out. I could be wrong of course, time will tell.

No doubt explaining his reasons for a further raise whilst unofficially promising that everything will be rosy this time if shareholders approve the increase in shares. The sad thing is there will be those that believe the hype.

I cannot see where we go from here. We have no cash. Even if we end up with 100% of RHA we cannot do anything with it. EPO, whatever. Circum, whatever. Up the creek springs to mind.

How on earth can I 'force down the SP'? By writing comments on a BB? I doubt it. Common sense tells me that if that was the case we would all become rich by constantly trying to force up the SP. Would you not agree?

What would be nonsensical would be for me to sell at a, albeit small, loss. It would also be nonsensical to invest further IMO.

No bitterness at all IQ157. Just stating the facts as I see them.

I have said all along that the assets have potential but the share is not an investment I would consider at this time given the history of poor management. Luckily, my average is not far from where we are today but I will not invest further until the management is changed. Traders will no doubt make money and good luck to them.

Let's see what the next news is. Make or break time I suspect. We need cash and quick. Even if NIEFF give up their share of RHA and we own 100%, whilst I agree it could provide options to obtain cash, I suspect we may be sold short as we will have little choice to accept what is put on the table. Not a great position to be in to be honest.

Maybe the 'too good to miss' limestone and hunting lodge opportunity we invested in a few years ago is going to deliver a surprise few million.

Has anyone asked GR how this is progressing lately? Is it due to deliver a return?

PREM also has no cash and no mechanism to obtain any in the short term that I can see. Yes I know there have been opinions voiced relating to EPO RHA Circum etc... but that is all they are.

@Profil, I am still expecting an EGM and placing. I don't see where else GR can go. Where is the cash coming from? Please don't reply with EPO/JV RHA or Circum. They are simply unknowns. There is nothing official to indicate any of them are going to bring in near term revenues, let alone profit. I don't profess to know anymore than the next poster, just expressing my opinion as I see things.

I do hold and am hoping it will pan out. I am just very sceptical , based on experience with this company.

Even if the government relinquish all of their % to PREM. What are PREM going to do with it? The company has no cash.

Whether I sell up or not, it won't make the slighest bit of difference to whether news is received or not. So it's irrelevant to the discussion.

Clearly you and @MrMagoo believe news will soon be received, in MrMagoos case, today, as has been the case every Friday since October last year. I do not share your optimism. Simple as that.
