House sales are better now than this time last year, I work for a large housing company and this year they have had that many end of year sales they have had to push a large quantity into early next year which is something that never happens.

Usually when I start the new year it's quiet but next year will be a very busy start and I don't see next year slowing.

If it were 508 I imagine there would be a big rush for to sell, I would of sold all mine and put in RDSB of which I checked closed at a normal price.

The fact the share price didn’t crash low is proof enough.

Just noticed the peak high on today and that’s a definite typo as there would of been a lot of sales if it were. It was a 268.70 high as I saw it around 10am today.

Paddyboy, small investment in here so you aren't too bothered about loses and when the share price doubles use it to buy the shares you want most. I have used this method so I can keep topping my Persimmon shares up.

I was expecting a big rise in all my investments today and it never happened. I'm not bothered as I have no interest in selling any shares anytime soon.

I bought into lloyds in May time after it started to rise after a significant drop in March time. What's not to say it will not repeat the process and drop again as most stocks are pretty stagnant.

Tempted to sell all mine as RDSB has dropped so with a paid dividend I think it maybe the better mid term profit?

Re invested my dividend in BP along with my Persimmon and RDSB dividend

My dividend was in my Halifax share account by lunch yesterday.

I hope it stays low till at least Tuesday as my Persimmon dividend gets paid into my account on Monday.
