Just logged into my Halifax share dealing account and it has Cards closing price as 72p. its had a cracking past few days.

But they are at 69p so your back in profit again.

I told a lad at work about this share two weeks ago when it was about 33p but he didn’t bother and he is gutted mow especially when each day there is a bigger rise. Worst thing is now if there is a rights issue we are paying top dollar.

I think the way it’s jumping every day the sensible money is on holding, although not up as much as you I still have a 75% rise.

I got told years ago that if BP adr drops below 30 put everything you have into it. Well we are at lows never seen but give it a few years and all these lows will seem like a dream.

You believe if card becomes profitable they will suddenly make a special dividend? I know the BOD will take bonuses as thats what every BOD does then what's left will be shared with shareholders. I haven't looked into it but have card BOD took a pay cut to support the firm in the last year? I know my company has and they are one of the most profitable ftse companies

The board receive free shares each your on a percentage of their wage. Low directors probe receive 50% of their wage a year in shares where as the CEO will receive at least 200% of his wage a year in shares. its a way of boosting director wages and if the share price is lower they just get more shares for their percentage. A normal share holder puts their hard earned in at going rate,

Danl90, if you believe they will repay all the profits to shareholders you are very trusting. I work for one of the top ftse
100 companies and I know for certain if they had excess money some would be paid to shareholders but most would be paid to the directors as they are the ones who choose the fate of the firm.
