They are saying five years. If further acquisitions are made and are of the right caliber then five years could become four years or even less. They are saying we will be mid cap within five years which would mean a mc of at least a billion pounds. We have probably one of the most experienced boards in place which probably wouldn’t look out of place at a ftse 100 company let alone an aim one. IMO we will all be pleasantly surprised at the rate of growth that is achievable.

The admission document will make very interesting reading. It should go into much greater details as to what we are buying and give us some idea as to an up to date value of our Tanzanian assets. I assume that will include helium one as well. Rather quiet on that front no news since March on reef disposal. One or two red dots tomorrow morning would certainly give us something to read if not discuss over the weekend.

So in excess of $10 million our share for drilling. Once drilling complete how long before we get our $10 million back through profits from Ruvuma. IMO the board will probably stay as far as the drilling and reappraisal of the field and then sell up for a big cash sum maybe retaining a small percentage as a free carry.

Regarding what has happened in today’s Rns although serious probably wouldn’t warrant them forfeiting their share but could land them with legal issues. Although solo probably wouldn’t want to take that route.

The name baron or bounty springs to mind. I’m sure it was them not meeting the cash calls or maybe I’m mistaken.

I seem to recall one of the partners to ntyora didn't do that and forfeited their stake.

Does concern me if anything else is going on that solo haven't been told about.

I would think they are very upset about it. We are of course committed to 25% of all expenditure which has been agreed without our consent. Aminex of course are not of course calling the shots anymore although they of course have all their costs paid for. A complete sale has come a step closer imo.

Seems to be a lack of communication between the parties.

So even though the licence still has not been granted I assume we will be liable for our 25% of the costs. I would feel more at ease if the licence had already been granted before committing further expenditure. It is good to have everything prepared for the licence. They are of course assuming that the licence is forthcoming. It has taken 26 months so far, how much longer is the bit that concerns me. We do of course subject to shareholders approval have our gas assets and the income from them.

IMO although there is a lot of money to be made from Ruvuma the sheer pace at which things are moving at zzzzz. I would think once the licence drops if the price is right we will exit Ruvuma and return some money to shareholders probably by way of a share buy back. Why would the board want to wait more years for any income when there are assets that can be purchased at a fair price that are producing income from day one.

We of course can’t be completely sure of the boards exit strategy as far as Ruvuma is concerned. As soon as possible or wait for drilling.

I will second that. We have waited too long for this game changing event. Years and years of almost nothing and now this. I’m hoping the sp goes up substantially, however, I’m not selling any until at least 25p is reached.

Timeframe means it could be announced this week.
