We are definitely going places.

If as the board say they want us to be a mid cap production company within three years ( only 30 months to go). Mid cap uk companies are usually over £500 million mc with the majority being over a billion pounds mc. I’ll settle for £500 million or about 80p a share. I just wonder if the first deal will be much larger than we are expecting and the sp should respond accordingly.

We are awaiting licence news helium one ipo and of course a potential company making deal.

One every week for the next three weeks will do.

I’m hoping that the deal takes us straight to 5000 barrels a day equivalent output.

Would be great to see a 2p rise in a day instead of a .2p one.

Just one other point.

If the 5000 barrels a day deal is done in one transaction that would mean the 3 year time frame is far too long. I would not think they would be acquiring assets that need new drilling and much work done. IMO already producing ones or ones that basically just need a little remedial work would be the boards intentions. As they say cash is king.

This statement from the board which if that is the case puts a whole new context on things.

The sp is still far too low imo imo on what we already have by way of assets.

If and once a deal of this size is done we should become a mid cap company as stated by the board in our interim results. Most mid cap companies have a mc of more than £500 million need more be said.

5000 barrels of oil equivalent is approximately 29 mcf of gas a day.

5000 barrels a day is about £80 million income a year which I assume would come in should any deal be from an already producing asset. Although Ruvuma and helium one are both huge assets in their own right I still think that monetisation of both at the right price will happen before production commences. Hopefully resulting in a very substantial return by way of a dividend to shareholders.

So it seems that any deal is completely seperate from Ruvuma.

I would expect Ruvuma to be producing within the boards timeframe of March 2022.

Does the 5000 barrels a day equivalent include Ruvuma I think not. So imo once drill and cpr completed Ruvuma will be sold completely and our income will be from any new deals the board come up with. Maybe the same will happen with Helium One.

Let’s hope things get moving soon with the licence news being the first in what should be a very interesting few weeks.

We all see things that maybe other posters see differently.

There will always be disagreements between posters. We are quite tame compared with some of the others.

I think the majority of shareholders now realise that with the news that is due in the very near future together with the boards strategy this share is going only one way and that it up.

An sp isusually priced in anticipation of future events earnings reserve upgrades etc.

I will therefore raise my prediction to 20p.

I must admit a slight bit of anticipation here.

Mustn’t get hopes up as could be another delay.

If jamtarts prediction is right I will buy him a mirror so that he can look at himself.

I gave up on that years ago. The wife says I look a bit like Cary grant. Trouble is that’s at a distance of about half a mile. But seriously imo all this waiting will be worth it. Not sure how advanced in preparation aminex are regarding drilling. Hopefully within a short timeframe once licence drops.

So not much longer to wait.

The most we can produce is about 140 mcf a day so well short.

Could of course drill more Wells and connect to the pipeline.

Could be a very merry Xmas for all shareholders.

Hopefully a deal or two thrown in for good measure.

At current helium price helium one gas is worth about 30 billion dollars.Even if 10% were recovered a very conservative figure we are looking at about 3 billion dollars or at least 300 million dollars attributable to solo. I think the recovery rates are about 30 to 40% possibly so could be interesting what our stake will be worth after the ipo and once appraisal drilling is completed.

If someone has been in this long imo stay for the party.

6p will be left far behind if the 5000 + barrels a day production happens within 30 months if not sooner. I need 15p to break even but there is no way I would sell at that price. If we have been patient all these years I’m sure another couple will be worth the wait.

The figures involved do look very encouraging.

I know we mustn’t get our hopes up too high but I think it will turn out ok.

Only 30 months left to implement their goal of 5000 plus barrels a day.

My only concern is everything comes at price. Our cash balance is less than 3 million pounds.

Maybe they could issue loan notes etc. I’m sure they will not dilute the shareholders any further.

With the knowledge and experience our board have they will hopefully have the funding sorted.

I like the part in the report about aiming to be a mid cap company.

That is the first time these words have been used by the board.

Seems that they really mean business. The estimate of 5000 barrels a day is probably a very conservative one. 10000 barrels a day would be annual income approaching £200 million a year.

As I said in my previous post most mid cap shares have a mc in excess of a billion pounds.

Interesting as to how large the first deal will be.

Regarding the boards strategy to make solo a mid cap share.

I have looked at about 20 mid cap shares and the smallest mc was £820 million and the highest about £3 billion. So average I would think of over £1 billion.

About £1.50 a share by March 2022. I’ve pencilled that as my last working day.
