I am banking on the announcement next week.

I’m sure the board would rather it done and dusted in very early December.

We now have an election as well as Christmas so sooner than later would probably be to everyone’s advantage.

About 3 weeks old but have watched a couple of times. Mr Rycroft comes over as a genuine bloke who is beaming with excitement over this transaction. Completely opposite to good old nr who I think may have smiled a few times during his years in charge.

The Ruvuma licence dropping would certainly help matters even more.

This deal means that we no longer have to rely on Ruvuma licence whatever decade it will arrive in.

I hope the helium ipo is soon. Seems everything in Tanzania is at a snails pace.

I see Mr fitzpatrick has reduced his shareholding in block.

Maybe he will reinvest once submission and offer document is released.

I don't agree there. The market will price in projected earnings.

When actual earnings figures are available it will be a different matter of course.

At the end of the day the higher the opening sp and hopefully continous rise in the sp will be just fine.

We are both well down here so the higher the price the better it is for us both.

10p would be a great start. As I have said previously our sp will be on based on our earnings.

Mid cap oil and gas companies seem to be in the range of x15 to x25.

Once the market wakes up to the earnings potential here I would think 10p would be on the low side. IMO.

I have been studying the mc of mid cap ftse constituents. Whilst a few are in the hundreds of millions these are distressed shares. Most are over a billion pounds in value. Oil and gas constituents seem to be valued at between 15 and 25 x earnings.

It should be interesting to see our earnings figure once deal is done.

The boards projected output of 20000 barrels a day equivalent within five years is probably a little conservative. If previously it was 5000 barrels within three years that is quite a large rise in output projection. I can honestly see a further upgrade sooner that later. Here’s to news dropping soon. It is great that we don’t have to rely on Tanzanier for our future income whenever that will materialise.

I look in almost every day. Hope for some news soon. From what I gather the new hotel in Perth should be completed early next year. The nxt website is certainly impressive. Look under case studies to see projects in the pipeline. IMO this building system would fly in the uk. Maybe Leed could be the main distributior. An rto is possible. All the best Steve.

Solo sp seems to have disappeared.

If you have invested the full £20000 in a shares isa in this tax year it just means any further shares taken up will have to be through a share account with your stockbroker.

I know we can all blame nr for our troubles. He made bad mistakes in reef and pan but the Ruvuma and helium one assets should more than compensate us for them,

The future looks much better for the company and the licence renewal should start the process.

I am about 70k down myself so can agree with trimme and a few others on here in the same predicament. I truly believe that the company has at last after 8 years turned the corner and that it has a very profitable ahead. I still need about 15p to break even. I would like to think that this figure will be broken in the short term.

Should be business as usual. The work on site seems to be carrying on albeit with less on the payroll. A silly idea but could work be done and partly paid in shares in the company. Dilution still but could save enough to finish the project without the requirement. Would give the companies doing the work a great incentive for the future. Sirius has lots of orders already confirmed. They could even pay them in fertiliser. They certainly wouldn’t be the first company to pay its bills with the product it sells. Probably a silly idea but worth a thought. Good luck to all holders here.

Not a shareholder here but follow closely. IMO a very good project that should be at least guaranteed by the government. When you see the money being spent on hs2 railway and all we ask is for a guarantee. I sincerely hope that it all works out for all shareholders.

Every million spent equates to many millions earned.

The market should see it that way. Could be £2 million on sp for every £1 million spent even at this early stage. Should increase at a faster rate as income and profits grows. All imo of course.
