Could be more than a month until they come out of suspension.

Very awkward for shareholders but should be worth it if we double or treble our investment when trading recommences. I need about 600% just to break even but that’s my problem.

All in all a very good week for us all. I hope the licence drops soon as well as the helium one ipo.

I would think the shares would be consolidated.

Say 50 to 1 so about £1.20 we then get a small discount to buy.

As for mc. We were 40 million in the reef days.

£500 million by Christmas would be about right for me.

But then I'm greedy.

Seems between 5 and 10 on average.

although some can be lower and some well into double figures.

Not sure how these things are worked out.

I'd settle for 15 to 20.

If acquisitions follow sooner than later then this figure could be doubled within this time frame.

Originally 5000 in three years was the ordinal plan.

Not sure if the 20000 includes Ruvuma and helium one production although I think both will be sold once the drilling is completed.

But if Ruvuma and helium one generates us £100 million pounds you may not feel the same way.

I know he made some terrible investments reef pan minerals but the profit on horse hill covered those. The main reason for the falling sp has been the almost lack of any progress in Tanzanier in two years. I think someone else can be blamed for that. I shall miss the old name but the company has turned the corner and is now on course to be a mid cap within three years if not much sooner. Hang on in there like I have. My break even is about 15p so if anything I should have more of a grievance about wasted money constant dilution etc. But I can’t dwell on the past any longer and now look to the very profitable future.

The company will only grow by acquisitions.

Can be serviced by loans. Once repaid we have free cash flow then even more acquisitions and so on.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the shares trading at a few pounds within a few years.

Of course we dont yet know what the company’ s intentions are by way of capital reorganisation.

Whilst revenue is important the most important figure is the profit. Overheads will increase due to more directors etc. The important figure is the cost to solo of producing the gas.

The board are now targeting at least 20000 barrels a day equivalent within five years. Whether that is just a rework of the 5000 target in three years I’m not sure but with that sort of figure being mentioned six months or so shouldn’t make that difference. So maybe 10000 + in three years. That’s income of about £200 million a year imo at least 50 to 70 million pounds profit. More than five times our current mc. It looks like we could become a mid cap in a shorter time frame than the three years mentioned recently.

Thinking about it I've got nearly 700000 so I probably don't want it.

That’s probably where a few million pounds are going.

Seems they have put a lot of effort into this deal.

I cannot see another one arriving until this one is up and running.

Although we don’t know how many new shares or the details of any capital reorganisation yet.

The sp should be many times it’s current value. Income will come in from day one. The most crucial bit is the amount of profit that is on the bottom line. Listening to the interview they are funded for drilling appraisal costs for Ruvuma and helium one. Seems that they may well then monetise both these assets and hopefully generate a nice payday for shareholders. Debt may be reduced although by then the cash flow being generated will mean that the debt is being repaid in a relatively small amount of time.

So within 5 years could be income of about £350 million a year.

This is without any other deals possible Ruvuma and helium income as well.

I’m surprised they don’t buy out aminex.

Should have a mc in excess of £1 billion within five years if not sooner all imo of course.

IMO Ruvuma will be sold as soon as possible as still years away from any income stream.

Helium one not sure on that one.

Still reading the Rns all a bit confusing I’m afraid seems they had formed another company to buy out the Netherlands one. I’m sure I’ll understand it after a good look.

All in all seems a good deal but that word dilution still comes into play.
