I hope licence news drops soon if not Monday.

IMO the sp when we come back from suspension should be a multiple of what it currently is.

You are correct in that £15 million current market value is laughable.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we are ten times that very soon. If our earnings next year are potentially £30 million plus it would depend on P/E ratio. Have a good weekend footy back but a bit soggy outdoors.

If it is announced on Monday morning it will put many tens of millions on the value of the company. The advantage of having the share suspended is that no one can sell ( who would anyway). and all those non shareholders are locked out. IMO our sp will at least treble on the licence alone. Roll on Monday.

Preference shares spring to mind maybe loan notes with a good yield. Cheaper than what they are currently borrowing at about 12% I think.

I think the board will come up with something different.

They can’t possibly raise 12 million pounds without huge dilution or can they.

So if all goes to plan return from suspension mid December.

Income nearly £2 billion a year.

That is ftse 100 material if ever I saw it.

Shares priced in pounds.

I know it seems over optimistic bit if they just keep on expanding the sky's the limit
so to speak.

But I'd settle for a ftse 350 in five years from now.

That makes two of us.

Confidence has now returned with the boards first of we hope many acquestions.

I can honestly see this as being a ftse 100 share within ten years if more acquisitions follow quickly.

Not sure on that one I think that is gross. I think costs come off and it is £13 million net to us. This is effectively of the purchase price paid. Correct me if I’m wrong.

If we are worth £15 million with no income I would say a ten bagger could be a very conservative figure a year from now with circa £40 million income in the next twelve months. Ruvuma and helium one not even in that income figure.

That would be correct if no more shares are issued which will not be the case.

I think I am right in saying that if the issued shares double then the sp would be half that figure.

Very difficult to call as the sp usually looks ahead at future prospects profits etc.

I think at last we can say that the years of being a pretty awful share are history.

The board have stated that they are aiming for 20000 barrels a day within five years. IMO this figure will be reached much earlier. They are also saying that the company will become a mid cap within the same timeframe. Definition of a mid cap share would put market value at anything from £500 million to about £2 billion pounds. 20000 barrels a day equivalent is about £400 million income a year. Not sure what the profit margin would be but compared with similar companies £150 million or more could be expected. Exciting and profitable future ahead imo.

Sorry to put a downer on things but if the rto is not completed within six months the shares are automatically cancelled.

Hopefully under two months but if the Ruvuma licence is anything to go by.

IMO they will fly.

I’ve knocked a year off my retirement date 31st March 2021. That date for tax purposes of course.

The board are growing the company very quickly.

Income of £40 million plus could be achieved in year one and be £400 million plus in 4 to 5 years if not sooner. They will want a much higher sp and make the trading easier for larger investors.

IMO there will be a consolidation of some sort. Until we see the companies proposals we will not know but with the new board firmly in place anything could happen. I would also expect share buybacks scrip issues instead of cash dividends that way the cash is conserved but shareholders are just issued more shares. Exciting months ahead. We just need that licence to drop and the helium one ipo to get things moving.

I truly hope that this works out here.

20000 barrels a day within five years would generate about £400 million income. Profit I would think at least 100 to 150 million pounds. Of course the cash generated can be used to grow the company. On figures mentioned we should be a billion pound company. I’d settle for a pound a share within 3 years. I won’t be a millionaire but not too far from it. We were promised a company changing deal and we have certainly got it. Hopefully the first of many. We still have Ruvuma and helium one of course. I recall the promise of a special dividend which I would expect within a year.
IMO this will be paid out of the sale proceeds of our Ruvuma and helium stakes soon after the drilling and appraisal wells are finished.

I would consider myself one, albeit not a very good one most of the time.

Back to solo I’m very impressed by the first deal. 20000 barrels within five years and becoming a mid cap company. Retirement may be a bit nearer for a few of us.

Reckon a tv channel should show a whole evening as it was say 30 years ago. I would probably have a look if only for nostalgia.

10% of 2000 barrels a day or 20000 barrels a day.

A no brainier if ever I saw one.

I know our assets in Ruvuma are huge but the amount of time everything is taking we may as well have not bothered.

Even when licence is granted and more drilling done how many more years until actual income is coming in.

IMO get the drill done and cpr etc and get out with as much money as possible.

Even if the board do decide to take it through to production how much is left after costs taxes etc.

Looking forward to coming out of suspension.
