A deal has been done although not yet completed.

How many millions in fees salaries fund raising etc.

The board has raised a few million from disposals but at what cost.

I am far from happy with the level of progress all round. The licence for Ruvuma 27 months. Helium one nearly three years. Reef so long ago I’ve forgotten.

I am expecting an update of some sort before Christmas as promised.

However I’m not taking anything for granted anymore.

Talking is one thing and even that has dried up.

We had all that in the past and look what has happened.

£600 k income in 9 years.

If nothing is announced this side of Christmas I for one will not be pleased.

Enough said red dot by 12.30pm next Tuesday please.

They were queuing up to get in front of the camera on 9th October.

Since then complete silence.

Shareholders were told that they would be updated regularly.

10 weeks with nothing. Not very regular imo.

Still nothing since March on reef.

We of course have until 12.30 next Tuesday for an rns.

Although the deal looks good.

Imo we are not being kept up to date.

I trust the bod will have a very merry Xmas and a very prosperous new year.

It could be finalised before Christmas but the odds are against it.

I would think Friday will be the last working day.

If this drags on much longer I can see most companies saying enough is enough.

Without licences the gas is worth nothing. Tanzanier could be left with just that. Plenty of gas reserves and no one wanting to extract it. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that. Very happy that we have diversified into other markets and areas of the world. Some news soon would be welcome.

Imo Get Out Of Tanzania ASAP And reinvest In an already producing asset.

IMO all within the next five years ( or less).

I’d settle for one out of three.

Doesn’t sound as if deal will be finalised before Christmas.

Will probably be on the lines of we wish all shareholders a happy Christmas and a prosperous new year and we will update you further in new year.

I think the wait will be worthwhile.

Maybe there is a leak. Not the gas I hope.

I would think the board would accept 30 million or more. The way things are going how long would it take to earn that anyway. A nice dividend for shareholders. May be the easy way out. We of course need to spend millions more before production. They could then reinvest in already producing assets.

When it happens I’m sure our accounts will be credited with nil paid rights.

Gives us the option to sell our rights for a small sum.

Then gives someone else the right to purchase at the offer price.

Still hoping this drops before Christmas.

I can see a few companies saying they are fed up with waiting. They will of course lose any investment made but at least invest elsewhere for a quicker return.

If this licence not sorted by the next deadline I would think our board will finally say enough is enough.

The asset may be worth a fortune but spending is required to generate income.

The board and ourselves aren't getting any younger and I'm sure they do not want years and years of uncertainty.

Imo sell out get out as soon as possible.

Am i correct in saying that our year end figures will include a whole year of income less expenses for our acquisition.
If so then we should show a profit maybe not substantial but a profit in any case.

So we should have earnings What does concern me is the cost of acquisition. Fees interest charges amortisation the list goes on. I’m sure the board wouldn’t have spent this amount of time and effort unless it was profitable for the company it’s shareholders and of course themselves.

Should be 60p.

600 would be great.

Although probably double the shares in issue.

We do of course have a share reorganisation to come.
