Gives me little or no confidence that the deal let alone anything else will happen in the near future.

The months are going by we have had no income for over 2 years now.

As I have said we are basically a shell company with assets which are worthless until licences etc are sorted.

Seems the same over at our partner. The Rns is just going round in circles.

Nothing worth talking about.

Says that they are still awaiting permission for Kiliwani remedial work. I thought that had been done and that they raised some money about a year ago to do this. Reading the Rns it is very repetitive and certainly doesn’t give me much confidence regarding the licence.

Solo haven’t even bothered with an Rns as of the time of this post.

Demand is all well and good. If the Tanzanian government don’t get it sorted there will be no companies that are prepared to meet that demand.

Still nothing on acquisition or helium ipo.

Worrying times as far as I am concerned.

If my maths is correct price about $1.87 per 1000 c ft so about $1.87 million a day.

Would be about £1.4 million a day or about £500 million a year.

Seems a bit high to me might have to check.

If the deal has fallen through there are fees salaries and other costs involved.

We would actually be financially worse offf than when nr was in charge.

I honestly thought we would have heard one way or the other by now.

I don’t want to be pessimistic but doesn’t bode well imo.

As I said before I’m sure the board are all working hard to deliver shareholder value.

Brilliant concept the bond issue.

I can’t think why the company did not consult shareholders months ago. They knew the money would run out end of March. I wish all shareholders good luck. IMO it would work.

My only issue is the high rate of return on the bonds although probably to cover the risk associated as with any bond issue.

That’s what concerns me. Nothing no news updates.

As far as I know our board are working flat out to deliver shareholder value.

We have to keep our spirits up.

Still hoping for mid cap status within two years.

Whilst I agree with you partly.

How many years until we are at that stage.

Imo companies will be pulling out very soon if not sorted soon.

What's the point in having all that has if you can't extract and sell it.

Imo a complete mess.

Get out of it asap. Even if licence is granted tomorrow how many more obstacles will there be before production.

Has gone on far too long.

Companies will start walking soon.

They will end up with nothing.

I think it all boils down to their slice of the pie.

If they are not careful they will end up with crumbs.

The weeks if not months have gone by and still no news from our board. Complete silence.

If the deal does not happen they will have to justify their salaries and other fees that have been incurred.

I for one am not that impressed with the situation.

It has to be done within six months of first being announced, so 9th April.

The gas price has fallen since October from $2.33 to $1.84 per mmbtu.

That it the problem. We are probably overpaying big time.

IMO more chance of the deal falling through.

I sure hope they aren’t just spending these months and months trying to agree one deal that may still not happen. If it does not happen imo all confidence in the board will evaporate.

Our portfolio has been in place for over three years and still derives no income.

The Ruvuma saga goes on and on. Just how much patience will the aminex investor have.

September 2017 is two and a half years ago. Our board must be be losing theirs, We have millions tied up in Ruvuma. IMO the board will get out as soon as they can. A special dividend as promised a few years ago would be appreciated.

I am very surprised that other than the recent Rns saying that negotiations are continuing we have heard nothing. Not even about any smaller deals. At the current rate of progress can anybody see their promised daily output being anywhere close to their envisaged figure.

I hope the deal happens but I think I am in the majority to say that I am very disappointed in the progress the company is making at the moment. Our cash reserves must be going down. Salaries and all the fees involved in the deal making still have to be paid.

I know they have to get it right in the interest of the shareholders.

Almost a year since strategy announced. Certainly doesn't impress me at the moment.

Maybe the board should have gone for more smaller deals. At least we wouldn't have been suspended and had a stream of I come albeit smaller.

Just makes me wonder what the problem is.

It will be almost as long to sort out the delay as it took to arrange the deal in the first place.

In the nr days I know he did quick deals but Ruvuma and helium one aren’t to be sniffed at.

We have a very large board which in 18 months have done a couple of disposals.

We are still waiting for some income.

Not really impressed here, I know much is out of their control.

We still have salaries fees etc to pay. If this deal does not go through shareholders will have many questions and will certainly want answers.
