Is worrying but as Mikhail states in the next post any deal would probably would have had a negative impact on the company given the current situation.

I do wonder if they could resurrect the dyas deal at a much lower price. There must be lots of cheap assets available at knocked down prices.

Hard to believe this was issued on 22nd March 2019.

They stated they were looking at 15 potential transactions.

Since then we have had 1 aborted transaction given the size of it this probably took most of the management time and costs for many months.

The Ruvuma sage continues, however, I am rather concerned about the total lack of news other than Ruvuma which is issued by aminex anyway. We now have a very large and experienced board which haven’t really achieved anything in the last 18 months. We moaned about nr, however, all the asset disposals and current assets held are down to him. I hope the board come up with a deal soon as they will have some serious explaining to do. The lack of any communication is also worrying. I look forward to some good news.

Still hoping for mid cap status within 30 months if not sooner.

In the current market what would be accepted by the board and shareholders alike as an acceptable offer. Income from Ruvuma I would think at least two years away.

IMO an offer of upwards of 50 million pounds would allow further investments in already cash producing gas fields a special dividend to shareholders and money in the bank.

May of course be a lower figure with a free carry.

I’m sure the board have had offers and will make an announcement at the appropriate time.

Seems helium one would just about fit into our strategy should they be unable to acquire any other asset.

We already own over 10%.

With an acquisition or two imo we could be looking at least double that.

I note your holding and will just say that I increased mine a few days ago and am not far from seven figures myself.

Mustn’t get our hopes up but a good steady rise is most welcome.

Good news should also boost sentiment.

Let’s hope this is the start of a gradual upward momentum.

IMO we are a lot closer now to a farm out or complete sale of our 25% stake in Ruvuma.

I am still hoping that the board can deliver on their strategy of mid cap status in the time frame stated.

Regarding an update from the board. I think one is well overdue.

I'm sure one of them could sort out the website regarding the aborted deal.

I do start to wonder just what they have been doing the last six months.

All smiles and much talking last October. Not a single interview since.

Is all I can say is I hope the next deal is good and soon.

The cash is dwindling and most shareholders want action not promises.

Mid cap e and p company by about within a couple of years.

At the moment we have had no sales income as such for 28 months.

At the moment not looking very likely by that date.
