With probably more fees being paid for a deal of some kind I would think their is not much if anything in the bank.

Seems all this talking has come to nothing at the moment.

Two years almost since forst strategy announced.

We are still waiting on the second one.

Wouldn't surprise me if it is changed again.

Just spotted the September 2024 date for first gas production.

That is of course assuming that all the respective licences are given on time.

All this wait when their is gas at the ntorya well that could be recovered much quicker.

That route for income seems to have been completely forgotten.

Our board won’t wait that long or will they.

No deals seem to be forthcoming at the moment and the type of assets they are targeting are becoming more expensive by the day.

A share price of 1p doesn’t help either.

What a mess our board have got us into with their change of strategy.

Of course whatever happens the sp should rise accordingly.

Millions of directors share options can then be cashed in.

Mr Fitzpatrick still showing as a director at companies house.

Double maybe treble what they were granted them for.

300% salary increase for doing not a lot IMO.

We are now well into March and seems the board are back to their usual silence.

Maybe we do have a buyer for Ruvuma. They certainly have had enough time to look at the figures.

A close one to call imo.

Its whether a sale for $20 million can generate the additional profits by acquiring assets that generate cash and profits from day one.

I still think they talk to much about what they are going to do but so far have achieved nothing.

The battery storage assets are becoming more expensive by the day so less will cost more.

Next week maybe.

So basically we sell Ruvuma and get back the $20 million we have spent on it since 2012.

What a farce.

I think he meant scirocco energy (uk) ltd.

Probably formed in case the scirocco name was taken by another company before they decided to finally change the company name.

Come to think of it we may as well be dormant given the total lack of anything happening here.

Just sent them an email regarding incorrect share price being shown.

Could confuse investors.

Is very frustrating that they have spent almost three years on an aborted asset and a name change.

We now have to wait maybe not too long for the first deal of their revised strategy.

I still think the one dyas deal would have made money if it had gone through but we shall never know.

Not exactly mid cap within three years.

Two of those have gone so another promise that they have not kept.

I e mailed the company about half an hour ago querying why the NXT TEC pre IPO information was still showing on the Leed homepage after 14 months. This would be a very long period of time for a company to still be in an IPO situation.

It has subsequently been removed very quickly.

However, I have to see what happens regarding the imminent investment and Ruvuma sale etc.

Once we hit 20p I couldn't give a monkeys how they run the company.

Good to hear from you again been a year or more.

I cannot divulge any info but there will definitely be good news regarding our investment shortly.

A deal could be announced within days if not weeks.

Ruvuma sale seems more likely after reading recent Rns.

A tricky one to call regarding sp after a deal is announced.

I have managed to average down by selling up a few months ago buying Attis converting to helium one then selling and buying back in here at a much lower price. A strange way of doing things but at least average down to about 8p. Better than 15p any day.

Given the current sp to raise even £5 million at say 1.5p would mean about 350 million shares have to be issued. Imo not likely.

Some may have to come from shareholders although given the current sp I would think a good old fashioned loan would do it.
