So we make about £200k for every penny helium sp increases.

I suppose it saves our board getting out of bed and actually doing something.

April here and still not a sniff of any deal whatsoever.

We certainly need something here after four years of nothing.

Nxt looks as if it has the potential to be worth a lot of money.

Until they are relisted there is basically nothing shareholders can do until then.

The nxt investment looks a good one albeit a slow one to come to fruition.

Imo in the next year or so some nxt projects should commence and hopefully an ipo will eventually happen. I think the virus has stopped this at the moment. Hang on in there and hopefully our shares will be relisted one day.

So if they do hang on for the drill at least another year. Not sure where that would leave the acquisition trail.

If we do hang on for the ruvuma drill followed by a subsequent sale. In your opinion how much do you think we could get. I know $100 million has been talked about. I must admit that if this sort of amount is possible a year or so from now it may be worth hanging on for.

We have been waiting nearly ten years for them to create shareholder value and now they say long term.

So much for early retirement.

All these hours and four board members with all this experience of deal making must hopefully mean any deal when announced should be good for shareholders.

I will believe it when I see it.

Hopefully something in the pipeline.

As long as not price sensitive information you should be ok.

However small just to bring income into the company.

Someone should e mail them to ask what is going on. Or not going on.

I know some of his deals were iffy but we can thank him for the ones we have left.

Just a pity our current board don’t seem to have a clue what to do with them.

Even changed the company strategy twice in three years.

At least we got a name change which took over a year to implement.

Got into gas when prices fell. Went into batteries etc which are now getting expensive to acquire.

With a falling share price the cost of any acquisition seems to be getting more expensive by the day.

All well and good but what are they actually going to do for the next year or more.

If Ruvuma not sold there will be no money for acquisitions.

They certainly need a kick up the backside to get them to actually do something with the company other than to talk and give promises as to what they intend to do.

20000 barrels a day equivalent within five years was mentioned.

Two years down the road and millions spent in fees 0 barrels.

Anyway, I’m sure a big deal is imminent.

I think we know those responsible for this.
I could say a lot more but dont want to get banned.

Dormant cash shells get more interest than we di here.

Maybe scirocco should become a cash shell.

Millions in allowable tax losses.

Maybe we should have done what attis did in helium one.

I'm sure it would have made more money for shareholders than we are currently not making.
At least we would have had a new board who are actually interested in what they do.

We seem to be going the same way but in reverse.

Interesting that our mc was £36 million when the horse hill discovery was announced.

Those were the days.

Looked at an old company presentation from 2017.

Sp was .33p pre consolidation and we had a mc of £16 million.

We are now at 1.05p post 1/20 consolidation and have a mc of £8 million.

I think the current board should give themselves a big pat on the back for a good job done.

Maybe they need reminding that they should be looking after shareholders interests and not just their own.

That would be better than them sitting around for at least another 18 months.

Maybe a return to shareholders by way of a very very small dividend.

Back to reality.

Probably earmarked for fees.

Given a price of 2.2p I don’t think many others do.

I know I shouldn’t say it but IMO an utter awful show by the board.

To think the sp was higher than that before the aborted one dyas deal.

The main reason for the reduction is the millions more that have been wasted in fees since for absolutely no enhancement of shareholder value.

Agm should be allowed this year.

Should be interesting when they tell shareholders what they have achieved in the last financial year. If anyone can be bothered to turn up that is.

Wouldn’t be a bad idea.

At least he gave interviews even though sometimes he just repeated what he said in a previous one.

This lot don’t seem to know what they are doing or are planning on doing in the future Imo.
