May have lost money to start with but 20 million pounds a year income is better than no income.

We have had an aborted deal and a name change.

We moaned at nr for spending money on some very dodgy assets but without ruvuma and helium investments the company would have nothing.

Imo if the so called experienced board cannot come up with a deal or even decide on a permanent strategy for the company then they should be replaced.

I can't say I'm that impressed.

I think the reduced stake was taken as we are fully carried for three appraisal drills.

I think I would have rather kept the 13% stake and spent a million or so as contribution to the drilling costs. Our stake would have now been worth about £8 million. Less costs about 7 million profit.

As usual it seems our board made the wrong decision at the wrong time. Sounds all too familiar here.

Helium one seem to have achieved more in four months than this company have in twelve years.

Had 210000 at 5.9.

Sold at 7 to reinvest here.

Our helium stake up 400k and the sp still falls.

Reckon the board are ready to hit that sell button if previous transactions are anything to go by.

Our current sp should be at least three times what it is currently.

Reckon even the fly on the wall in the boardroom has gone elsewhere. They seem completely oblivious that they are running a listed plc that is supposed to be making money for its shareholders. We all know the only ones making any money from it.

Knowing the way our board seems to work it wouldn’t surprise me if they have already sold our stake as cash must be getting a bit tight to pay the next lot of fees.

The agm this year should be interesting or not to say the least.

That's probably the time to sell our shares at a much higher price.

Without our initial investment a few years ago helium one would not have got where they are today.

Our stake has reduced to under 5%. I think we have been used something rotten or what.

We have basically had nothing here for over four years.

Cash must be almost gone.

The only real hope is if NXT TEC eventually come to the market by way of IPO which I would like to think this year. COVID in Australia almost eradicated. They were granted worldwide patents for their building system last September. We have just under a million shares in nxt tec at about 31c a share. An ipo would if it happens see nxt shares listed on a market. Leed would then be able to cash in their investment and maybe return all or some of it to shareholders.

Ideally what Leed need is to relist as a cash shell and do an rto or similar transaction.

I remember Oregon gold a few years ago reversing into Sosander. Doing ok I last heard.

Our directors certainly need to get something moving and soon.

Never known another company in all my years of investing that has actually promised so much but delivered nothing.

You never know mid cap in three years.

Seems they have got a bit of what they have been doing to shareholders for as long as I can remember.

Still no deal or anything for that matter.

The strategy seems to have disappeared.

Wouldn't be surprised if we get another very colourful and expensive presentation changing it again.

Seems the board spend most of their time and our money on fancy presentations telling us what they are going to do but actually do nothing.
