If they have dropped out of them they probably would not even bother issuing an Rns anyway.

I was going to get my ten year old King Charles spaniel elected to the board.

Trouble is she spends most of the day having a knap.

It does make me wonder why four board members three years man hours and still cannot come up with a deal.

Seems many other companies are buying into battery storage etc.

The next excuse will be that all the assets they were looking at have either become too expensive or have already been sold to another company quicker off the block.

Maybe tomorrow’s meeting will throw some light on something.

Shareholders certainly need some reassurance that they are actually doing something regarding their change in strategy and if not they need to clarify why.

A change of name and an aborted deal in over two years with an experienced board is not exactly giving much confidence to shareholders.

Seriously thinking of selling up here and put it all in helium.

Would give me around 100,000 shares.

Did have 210,000 at average of about 6p.

I wish I could know just what our boards plans are and just what their strategy is to get this company moving in the right direction.

Seems the new Tanzanian president is very keen to get the helium project up and running.

Even mentions it by name in her speech.

Maybe the capital raising is all tied in.

Could be production can be earlier than first stated.

Expires 30th April should be extended for a year.

This time next year drilling should be started.

Could be a problem if licence expires next year during drilling.

I assume they would have to stop until licence is extended yet again.

Why can’t they just issue a longer licence in the first place, cuts down on the paperwork, time and costs involved.

If only things were as straightforward as that in Tanzanier.

Was very tempted at 7.5p last week but didn’t bother.

Still got over a million here but sold some a couple of days ago to put in a long shot gas co who have licences that could be potentially worth billions. I won’t name the company but will say that an oil/ gas major drilled a few years back but couldn’t be bothered to continue.

Looks like the board have dug their heels in here.

Very disappointed in their lack of any direction.

Where are all these new investments we were promised.

Not sure if the board will still be in place much longer.

We may as well have let nr stay on for a couple of hours a week to make the tea and turn off the lights. Seems our board aren’t up to much more than that.

We are definitely diluted down as you say.

We still hold our 21 million but of course a further 100 million have been issued.

I wonder if we were offered any to buy.

Not sure on this.

They are moving at quite a pace.

Raising £10 million gross to save £500k in costs.

The fundraising has probably cost more than that in fees.

I see the options are being issued.

The Sp will of course drop back.

Scirocco will be about £900k down from the high a few days ago.

Not that anything seems to worry our board.

They just seem to be on a waiting game with a dwindling cash balance and a seemingly non existent strategy.

There are many companies worth many times our mc and have much smaller potential assets and no income like ourselves.

I think many would settle for half of that.

Sold some of my scir holding as seems to be not going anywhere for a while.

I think baron were involved in Tanzanian gas a few years ago but the deal fell through.
