Imo that could just be for starters.

If helium drilling proves commercial quantities on the three drills there has been talk of each drill being worth between 11p and 35p a share so £1 a possibility this year.

Would value our stake in excess of £20 million.

I’m hoping for two or three acquisitions this year and 20p plus by end of the year.

Only £150 million mc.

There are plenty of other companies out there worth much more with fewer proven assets.

With the right acquisitions and helium drilling meeting expectations 20p plus wouldn’t be that difficult to achieve.

We mustn’t forget that Ruvuma could be sold or a small free carry kept.

A lot of news hopefully good expected in the next few months if not weeks if the Tom Reynolds interview is anything to go by.

Lets hope for the best year.

We were at about 2.5p when suspended before the aborted deal.

After promising mid cap status within three years two years ago it would be good if the new five year time frame was a bit smaller.

I would like to think after initial deal, with helium drilling and maybe proceeds of a possible ruvuma sale still to come 10p or more could be possible.

Still a long way to go.

Not quite sure in ev £150 million.

I assume that is the asset value.

P/e and dividends are really the only two that interest me. We have neither at the moment.
It will be interesting to see if the imminent acquisition is similar in size to the aborted one.

So 10p a share looks possible this year.

If these are monetised then the proceeds could be used to acquire cash generating assets and reduce the five year goal of achieving £150 million nav.

Strategy completely changed.

So another five years to wait for smaller figures.

They have basically wasted the last two years trying to acquire assets they probably didn’t want in the first place,

Fitzpatrick gone. Probably a good thing as far as shareholders are concerned.

Not sure about any payoff he may get as he has resigned of his own accord.

Interesting to see if the fees continue.

I would hope for a positive effect on sp but anything possible.

They certainly have to do something.
Ease up the work elsewhere and start concentrating on things closer to home.

If they keep this up much longer they could find themselves homeless and we will have new tenants so yo speak.

The accounts st the other company were very interesting with regard to reserves reduction.

Looks like someone had a big dividend.

Would be interesting to know just how many hours the board are actually working for scirocco each month. Looking at it not many.

Gneiss, however, seem abundantly busy.

Sorting out deals for other companies whilst nothing gets sorted here.

However, the total lack of communication is showing their complete disregard for shareholders.

Imo we will have a completely new bod within the next three months. They of course will all exist with their millions of options and cash compensation payments.

Maybe if shareholders just sold out their options would be worthless anyway. At least they would get what they deserve for all their hard work.

We then all buy back in at a lower price.

Of course in the real world nothing seems to happen as it should.

The board are definitely working flat out for gneiss but taking their monthly options here.

Not at all impressed by their strategy here (that’s if they do actually have one).

Regarding Ruvuma sale it looks as if they have no buyer.

Hard to believe they cannot come up with an income generating asset in two years.

Maybe they could get into wind farming.

Too busy to answer an e mail.

Could it be they are sorting out a mega deal or busy doing nothing.

They may as well be unemployed.

Much more like this and deserve to be.

We are certainly not getting value for money here.

Maybe someone should e mail them to ask if they are actually doing anything that will bring any value to the company.

Can we expect a non apt or helium rns this quarter.

Maybe the board have been cryogenically frozen to return at some later date to make an acquisition.

Hence the freeze on updates and acquisitions.

I thought that helium would come in useful.

If they can’t even be bothered to communicate with shareholders in a true and fair way then I am going the way of getting something done. In two years they have spent £3 million pounds and have achieved nothing. They have until the end of q1 to get something sorted. Excuses is all we seem to get, putting the blame on something or someone else. It just isn’t what is expected from a board that comes so highly rated.

Imo the only reason we have such a large experienced board is so they can claim their knowledge and experience gives them the right to milk the company dry.

That is what they are doing.

I think it may be better to rephrase it to it wont continue.

Shareholders have been promised the company will grow by acquisitions. Where it is being bled dry by a board that are basically useless.
