It would be good if they could come up with a cash generating asset soon. At least we could then maybe hang on to ruvuma until post drill.

Even an update telling us they are looking at deals or have an interested party on ruvuma would be welcome. This silence is doing nothing for the sp let alone the patience of investors. I am still invested heavily here and am tempted to pull out and reinvest in helium play.

Seems their corporate and strategic update is the same as ours

Cut costs and sit around for months on end doing next ti nothing.

Not getting their money paid to them but the options are still piling up.

Awful disregard for shareholders from both companies imo.

Sp could collapse below 1p if they don't get something sorted soon.

All well and good waiting a few more years to obtain a higher sale price for ruvuma but at what cost. Imo the bods days are numbered as they have achieved nothing in over 2 years. Waiting on ruvuma is doing more harm than good to the sp.

The board have got off very lightly as far as shareholders are concerned. Imo the june deadline is too long. I think by the end of march if nothing is forthcoming the board really have to be asked what are they doing all day what is their strategy and what can we look forward to other than a virtual stagnating of the company and nothing being done to bring any value whatsoever into the company.

Do they realise what their lack of doing anything is doing to the sp.

Imo three months not six months should give them enough time to sort out the mess they have got us into.

If nothing done by end of March their jobs will be on the line.

They should be ashamed of their total lack of anything that has enhanced shareholder value.

If they were football managers they would be long gone by now and working in a non league club if they were lucky.

Is rather concerning that we have an experienced bod that seem to be playing a waiting game. I'm all for extracting the most money from ruvuma as we can but the fact that they cannot even come up with another cash producing asset in almost a year is hard to believe. As you say I think their time and loyalties and our money is being used elsewhere. If they do not sort something out very soon they may be looking elsewhere for their income. There is a vacancy at a London football club at the moment. Nice payoff if you can get it.

If the last licence is anything to go by it will be at least another five years until production.

Even to just get our expenditure to date and a small profit would be good enough IMO.

About $30 million minimum.

A small free carry would also be possible.

Why can’t the board at least tell us if their is an interested party it would at least give us a bit more confidence that things are moving in the right direction.

Seems like January will come and go with nothing happening here.

Gas income from Ruvuma is probably at least three years away if not longer.

Given the constant delays in awarding licences etc it could even be longer.

Scirocco would have to spend at least $30 million to get to production.

Would need to raise additional funds.

Imo the board would listen seriously to any offers above $50 million for an outright sale.

Recent Doug Rycroft interview did say that we could expect news regarding an acquisition this quarter. That's how it came across to me.

I think we would make about £50k profit out of the deal at the current helium one sp.

Imo they will cash in when drill completed that they have in effect already paid for.

20p would give us about £4.5 million.

Hard to believe seven years ago no income and a mc of over £40 million.

We don’t have to look to hard to see what dilution and spending on rubbish investments has done to the share price.

The board imo have had more than enough time to come up with the goods and have done nothing. As you said in an earlier post give them until end Q2 to come up with the goods. If not heads will definitely roll.

Interesting that sp actually moved albeit not that much today but at least it was in the right direction. Only another 700% for me to show a bit of profit.

Could be they are now just waiting on ruvuma and helium one to realise some shareholder value.

I thought sale of Ruvuma then suddenly realised it was a copy of the 7.00 am helium one update.
7 1/2 hours later. Must have had a busy morning or the alarm didn’t go off.

Although we have basically no idea what these fees relate to I would have thought some of the time spent and subsequent hours charged are covered by the directors salaries etc paid to them.

Looks like they are having their cake and eating it.

As long as we are not in effect paying twice for the same services.
