I know Neil made a bit of a mess with the money but at least we have Ruvuma and helium one to show for it albeit at a loss.

The new board have also spent money on salaries and fees etc but have achieved nothing.

Maybe they will eventually.

We still need about 14p to get our original investment back.

Our board probably weren’t made aware at the start of the ipo that their investment would reduce from 15% to just over 4%. It seems solo as they were started them off with nearly £3 million pounds without which they wouldn’t be where they are now.

We were repaid by losing two thirds of our investment.

We seem good at helping out other companies and not getting much in return.

Reef, Aminex,Pan Minerals,Horse Hill, Helium One.

A lot of wasted shareholders money.

Need more be said.

That was tried a couple of years ago.

They made a few promises about it really.

Although I jumped ship last week I have reinvested here again.

I have lost many tens of thousands here but still come back for more.

Let's hope something is sorted soon.

The board have to prove they are alive and kicking.

Shouldn't be too difficult.

We were virtually promised mid cap status within three years.

That was over a year ago.

At the moment it seems like mid cr*p status.

Helium falling today but not too concerned.

Does concern me here by complete lack of communication from the board.

Probably too busy enhancing shareholder value elsewhere.

Our website shows a lovely detailed presentation of the aborted deal.

A bit like a car dealer putting cars they have already sold on their website.

Completely useless information.

The fact the board had access to $20 million dollars or more of funding over a year ago and have not managed to come up with another deal in more than a year is very worrying.

The Ruvuma situation does not help the situation and timeframe isn’t helping matters although the aborted deal was going to be financed without any sale of Ruvuma.

They can only blame the virus for so long on not being able to do a deal.

Many other companies do not seem to have the same problem.

Could be we need some board changes but that would probably not change a thing at the moment.

Any update would be welcome but with Christmas coming up fast I am not expecting much if anything before next year.

Nxt are still in business as far as I can make out but little news on any projects.

Our board have to come up with something soon.

They need to at least relist and have another company rto.

I am invested currently in helium one. I held scir which in turn holds a stake. I then heard about Attis oil being rto into helium one so purchased Attis which then got converted into helium one shares. Doing ok.

Hope the board can deliver something soon as the money in the bank will run out within a year or so.

Sold about 54,000 over two days.

I had been a long term holder since the reef days so thought just in case their is some positive news here soon managed to buy 350,000 at 1.1p which I considered a good price.

Still got over 150,000 helium one so can gradually sell off and maybe increase here once more.

Although some shareholders don’t think much of our board I am of the opinion that they will come up with a similar size deal that was subsequently aborted. This side of Christmas is probably pushing it but early next year would be fine as long as it enhances shareholder value.

Seems you purchased your shares at about 2.75p each. They have been delisted for a few years now so until the time comes that they are realised your shares cannot be traded. They are probably not even worth much anyway.

They have an investment in nxt tec take a look very interesting. They were going to do an IPO but then covid came along at the wrong time.

Not been a great year.

About time I actually made the right decision at the right time.

Our time will come at scir the only problem is when.

Sold at 8p.

Within a short time could have only sold for just over 7p.

Spread is rather large on this one.

Good to back invested here albeit only 350,000 shares.

Sold enough He1 to reinvest here fallen nearly 1p since I sold so reasonably happy.

Hope our board come up with something soon either way regarding ruvuma.

That was before fund raising and ipo.

Now only just over 4% holding and a million options at about 2.8p.

I think they need helium one shares to be about 14p just to get their original investment back.

Market is still valuing Ruvuma at about £5 million if not less.

If sold for £10 to £15 million with loan facility and what is left in the bank we would have £20 million plus available for an investment that would bring cash flow into the company.

Keeping and spending on Ruvuma will ultimately increase its sale or farm out value many times it’s just it could be at least 18 months before it gets to this stage.

Price of 1.10 good value imo.

Looking three years from now, who knows maybe 10p could be the magic figure.

Our first dividend, now wouldn’t that be something to look forward to.

I’d not even want to guess on what the sp could be by then.

In the meantime we must let the drill bit do the talking.

I think the mail article has brought it to the attention of the non attis holders.

As for 10p imo we shall see a multiple of that if drilling and appraisal go to plan.

With helium seeping out of the ground it bodes well for the future.

Producing by end of 2020.

Maybe end of 2022 if they get a move on although they have stated 2023/4.

Still showing as Attis on isa and sip accounts.

A bit disappointed with yesterday’s debut but looking ahead it does look very promising.

$280 per thousand cubic feet extraction costs $20.

Not sure if the government take their cut from the gross or net figure but let’s say $50 per thousand cubic feet. Profit about $200 per thousand cubic feet.

So on initial production a profit of $60 million ( £45 to £50 million pounds).

Share price should be based on p/e so could be looking at mc in the hundreds of millions.

Plant expenditure would be by way of loans secured on the helium asset so no dilution.

Maybe scir should get a larger stake while they are relatively cheap.
