In news this morning regarding the covid vaccine announced yesterday.

Apparently it will be rolled out in doctors surgeries.

Only problem is it has to be stored at -80 c.

Helium was the first thing that came to mind.

Should read may have sold a few here.

I think a few others here may have sold a few to hopefully make a profit then even buy back in at a lower price here or just increase their holding.

Still think we have a very profitable future her it's just everything is too slow all round.

The only way is to buy Attis shares in the market as soon as possible.

You will then be allocated 1 helium share for every 236 shares held at the cut off date when announced and they will be converted on 3rd December.

I would think the shares would be suspended very soon once the prospectus is issued.

IMO a very solid investment for the future.

If drilling all goes to plan they basically have very little competition to worry about.

I sold some scirocco last week as they will only have about 4% of the new company.

I now have enough Attis shares to give me 100000 shares in the new company.

Unless something happens which stops the amalgamation and subsequent fund raising I agree with your comments 100%.

A non Attis or scirocco shareholder would probably have never heard of helium one as not much news coverage has been given.

Come 4th December I can see some big institutional investors coming into play.

They can have mine for a minimum of 50p each.

At the current Attis buying price we need the helium one sp to open at about 5p.

IMO this price should be exceeded on the opening day.

Compared with other helium explorer shares on the helium one presentation we have probable reserves of between 40 to 80 times the next largest explorer and are drilling ready.

They can of course be bought in the open market from the first day of dealing but of course may cost much more.

Looking forward to the ipo and subsequent drilling.

Does make me wonder if they will sell out once drilling finished.

They may even be able to increase production from the 350,000 mcft a year.

Looking at the helium stock performances, only one other has any unrisked prospective resources and that is 2U (P50) 3.02 Bcf
us 138Bcf. 3U (P10) 6.48Bcf us 521Bcf.

Their market value about £18 million. Helium One £11.7 million.

They are targeting output of about 350,000 mcf a year.

Not sure what that equates to money wise.

Given scirocco small stake in project im hoping that my investment will grow more quickly.

Given helium company will only be valued at about £6 million I would hope the only way is up.

I am of course hoping it will rise quite rapidly in the next few months.

Decided I have waited long enough for us to deliver something here.

Sold just under half my holding and reinvested in Attis oil.

IMO our 4% stake in the new merged helium company is too small.

I now look forward to having 100000 shares in the new helium company and still retaining a fair size holding here.

I think helium one stands more chance of becoming a mid cap share before scirocco.

If they have at least £5 million in the bank then the helium in the ground is valued at a very small figure.

Prospects of a huge upside in sp once drilling has finished and reserves confirmed.

Seems we have the largest probable reserves by far.

Other helium prospectors share prices up over 1000% in last six months.

If drilling goes to plan it could be helium investment worth 50 or more times current value.
