If the ipo takes off then our asset value will of course increase along with the share price.

They should have done that one dyas deal gas up 300% since they aborted it. Jumped ship too early imo. £60 million income a year. Can't really compare with £300,000 a year.

Too late to change things. We have our new strategy which will hopefully reap rewards albeit much smaller. Imo a sale of ruvuma is more important than ever.

IMO still an outright sale.

I just cannot see the the board spending millions (has to come from somewhere) and waiting until end of 2024 if not 2025 for gas income.

At the end of the day its up to them what they do with Ruvuma but as their strategy regarding biogas etc is asset base of £150 million and £20 million annual income (not sure if correct) they would probably be just as well to monetise the Ruvuma asset to generate income and profits years earlier.

Seems the number one growth sector in the next five years and beyond is renewable energy.

Maybe a sale of Ruvuma for a good amount can get things moving.

Imo they will not wait over three years for any income from Ruvuma.

As they predict £150 million asset base and £20 million cash flow in about the same amount of time. Waiting for Ruvuma means no income and millions in costs. The cash has to come from somewhere.

At the current gas price would be very profitable to try to get Kiliwani back on line.
Last I heard aminex were trying to get permission for remedial work. Think that was about 4 years ago.

priced into the value or if the gas price paid is fixed as it was at kilowani. Think that is what it was called.
