So Alba get 59,500,001 shares in Greenrock and £50,000 cash.

Seems like a grid deal to me.

Not sure how much the reimbursed costs come to but must be a couple of hundred thousand pounds.

Alba have no further costs regarding Greenland Assets but get 54% of any profits or increase in Greenrock sp.

They probably have a lock in period of six months or even a year before they could sell any should the sp increase substantially.

They can then spend half on expanding the current business and give the other half to shareholders by way of a special dividend.

It could well depend on the 3D results and how much they increase the value of their 25% stake.
