A good week.

The closing sp should revert to 1.20 plus first thing on Monday.

Imo your figures are too low.

We have helium one shares and cash at bank which in total about £2 million. Investment in Biogas another million plus. So about .5p without sale of Kiliwani and Ruvuma. A $30 million sale would be about £23 million so about £26 million in total. I would calculate 3.5p a share minimum.

Of course we can probably assume that once the sale money is received the biogas etc business should grow to many times its current size within a few months. This should also be priced into the sp. Difficult to call as really depends on the Ruvuma/Kiliwani deal and what is received and if it is a complete or part sale/farm out etc.

Drizzle here at the moment and so much to do outside.

$150,000 dollars seems a very small amount for our percentage.

Better than nothing I suppose.

Looking back I’m sure Aminex didn’t inform them of their plans and costs regarding Ruvuama and the board first new about it from the Aminex RNS.

Probably just signing the contracts.

Seems that more has happened in the last few weeks than in the previous five years.

Sp going in the right direction albeit very slowly.

The board should issue an RNS very soon.

Maybe they have a sale price agreed for Ruvuma and now this has been settled could just be a matter of crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s so to speak.

You will own a fair chunk of the company at this rate.

I got out of helium over a month ago.

Bought most of mine at .87 so at least going in the right direction.

Should be an RNS soon stating exactly how much is receivable.

Nothing holding up the sale except the price we get.

At the end of the day it is worth what someone is willing to pay.

If the offer is too low then the board have indicated that will probably keep it .

We would then have the problem of funding the expansion of the biogas business.

Let’s hope an offer if there is one is a good one as far as shareholders are concerned.

Very quiet today as far as trades go.

I would like to think very soon.

Although I do prefer a complete sale, the amount involved makes a free carry on a 5 to 10% seem quite a good idea. Would give us income on a potential 7 to 14 scuffs a day. Not sure what that equates to in cash but we were getting about 2 scuffs a day from peak production at Kiliwani.

So $15 to $25 million for a partial sale free carry etc. Or $40 to $60 million for a complete sale if not more.

I know I've been negative at times posting here.

But every post every day and not even invested certainly takes the biscuit.

In the phone interview last week it seemed fairly obvious that they are gearing up for a sale of Ruvuma. They want to expand the biogas business that will cost millions. They have the advisors etc in place.
The sp is creeping up slowly but surely.
If any deal is forthcoming it could be a complete/partial sale/farmout. Imo a complete sale north of £30 million is the preferred route.
Maybe sooner than we think.

4% each trading day is over 200% in a month.

May it continue.

Could be Wentwoth want some of it.

Still hoping that maybe take a smaller amount but have a 5 to 10% free carry.

That way they wouldn't have to spend so much at the start.
