The problem is if we hold ruvuma for another year or more to create additional shareholder value we have to spend a few million and expand the biogas business at the same time. Maybe a partial sale and hold 5 to 10% stake. That way lower costs but available cash to expand biogas business and generating cash flow.

I still think that if a very good offer comes along they will sell ruvuma stake.

Another case for selling is it could still be four years before any gas is produced and income earned.

Maybe we can afford to keep Ruvuma longer whilst expanding the biogas business.

Not sure what our revised cost is now, although maybe enough in the bank to see us through to drilling stage.

We have had no timeline regarding commencement of mining production and ultimately gold production and income.

Also seems the local authority needs a kick up the backside.

Sp still falling so any confidence there was seems to have disappeared.

He could talk for ten minutes about taking over a year to change the company name.

Another five minutes about Fitzpatrick standing down and his contribution to the change in company strategy. Mustn't mention the tens of millions in lost revenue from the aborted deal and subsequent 300% increase in the gas price.

Unfortunately the change in strategy came with a new website. Imo one of the worst I've ever seen.

Does make me think that waiting at least another three years for Ruvuma income is not on.

Use sale monies to expand the gas business ten fold. £250k a month not to be sniffed at.

Of course I’ll be expecting a special dividend out of the proceeds

At the date of appointment and resignation for that matter, the company had no assets, basically a company name. It’s who the directors are when it lists and that could be next week.

Albas share will be just over 50% and should be valued at about £6 million.

If the issue price doubles that feeds straight through to the alba investment valuation and ultimately the sp.

I’m sure albas investment will be locked in for a set period before they can sell any.

Seems a win win situation for Alba shareholders. Somebody else does all the work and we reap over 50% of the rewards.

Well I'm giving our board another chance to redeem themselves.

Quite awful that it has taken four years a few million in fees to generate £25k income a month.

Let's hope things gather pace in the next few months. It could hardly be any slower than the last four years.
