Seems they are having trouble getting info out of nxt.

Want to delay accounts as they want a figure for how much our investment is worth.

They have already written it down by half.

I shall contact Charles Zorab regarding the above.

They probably gave two years as it normally takes many months if not years to get the licence in the first place.

Regarding Ruvuma I think an outright sale of a free small percentage carry would be great.

As you say any sale farm out etc has to be put to shareholders.

I think any figure north of $50 million would be acceptable.

Imo an imminent sale of ruvuma.

Proceeds to be spent expanding biogaas etc and returning a dividend to shareholders 1p plus.

With all this talk about the greenan deal I completely forgot about ruvuma.

Still hope nr value is not too far out.

Not heard much about his new venture.

It may not cover the overheads but it is a start.

Looks as if the board got it right in disposing of a fair chunk of helium one.

Seems it could be a while before 20p is seen again.

Looking more like 5p the way the sp is going.

I have to agree with you to some degree.

Seems a lot of people want a share of the spoils.

The profit from £500,000 income will not exactly go a long way.

Now down to 38000 at 21p average.

Hope to see my money back within six months if not sooner.

Still got about 37000 but now close on million here. Still hoping for a ruvuma sale in next few months. Can't see the board waiting at least 3 years for any gas income and of course have to pay their share of the seismic and drilling costs.

As I've said many times they jumped ship with the one dyas deal. Gas prices up about 250% since deal aborted. Probably could have been looking at £50 million plus a year. We will have to make do with £500,000 for starters.

That must be 20 years since I last watched a silent film.

Helium will probably double in price today knowing my luck.

As you mentioned some news on Ruvuma should be announced soon.

Investment although small should grow.

Our share price values Ruvuma at a couple of million pounds.

Looking forward to the months ahead.

Thought we were moving fell through so didn’t sow my own.

Decided that Helium isn't going anywhere for a while so sold about two thirds and reinvested here.

As you say seismic and drilling not that far away given how quickly 2021 has gone.

The two trades today that show as sells were mine. So now holding over 900,000 just like the old days.

I decided that although our initial acquisition is small more will surely come.

With cash in the bank from Helium One share disposals and a potential Ruvuma Sale, with a market value of about £6.5 million I consider this bargain basement material. IMO more chance of a 2/3 bagger here in the next six months than at Helium One.

With my luck I have got it the wrong way round.

Yes I agree entirely.

I have returned to the share that started the ball rolling for me as they had a stake here at the start.

I still hold over 35000 here so not completely out of it yet.

The bit that worries me is the delay if any between DM knowing their was serious trouble with the tai 1 drill amd informing shareholders.

As for the tai 2 drill didn't really make much sense to me but then I'm not a geologist.

Sold about 70% today at a loss.

Helium one will have its day.

I just don't think it will be this year.

So income of just over £500k a year.

Should just cover admin costs.

Any further acquisitions should give a much higher profit and free cash flow.

Of course a sale of Ruvuma would also help although it seems the board are hanging on until next year.
