I have looked at NXT website, looks like some new projects on the move.

Board have decided to not file accounts until December. They are waiting on Information from NXT.

We are almost out of cash here so why file the accounts late and incur fines.

The NXT investment has already been written down by half. I think they just want to know if any further write down is required.

As year end is 31st December, why not just file the December 2020 accounts and worry about any possible write downs next year.

Regarding yesterday’s interview, it is looking like a combined sale of all Tanzanian assets is on the cards. Just leaves our 1% helium share stake which can be sold anytime.

I have recommended your brilliant post hoping it is the last one.

Due to much higher gas prices I would like to see a figure nearer $50 million than $30 million.

Although any figure north of $30 million should be transformational for the company and its shareholders. They can then put 100% into growing the new business. Not sure about KIliwani maybe they will keep it.

Look at their accounts on companies House.

The annoying bit is they seem to make a profit at our expense.

IMO proposed is as good as saying that Ruvuma sale will be soon. For how much is the stumbling block.

Tax liability on balance sheet is substantial.

Divide by .19 gives approx profit.

At least the market sees the RNS as positive.

Sounds like we would need to get £30 million for sale to be left with £20 to £25 million.

Not sure how much tax the Tanzanian Government would want.

We still want our KN1 monies owing so they could use that in part payment of tax due.

IMO October could be a very good month here.

Maybe they are giving us a discount on fees.

I shall look at their website to try to get some idea of their sliding scale regarding fees charged.
