Small cap exploration companies do share placings all the time. That is how most of the funding is created. Its always annoying short-term, but in the long-term it is needed to create value.

The price dropped to 40, so any PI had the chance to invest at close to the placing price. Admittedly, that wouldn't allow for the warrants but if the price goes to the exercise prices of 0.75 or 1.5, I won't be complaining.

The virus itself isn't the reason for a high gold price. Central banks have been creating trillions of dollars in free money to deal with the economic impact. That is still going to a factor for years after COVID is a receding memory. The gold rush is only just getting started.

I just re-read the RNS from yesterday. It's interesting that a substantial chunk of the payment is based on a royalty from production in the new areas plus a cash payment if the drilling has good results. That suggests both parties believe there is a lot of potential.

Quady, I can understand your frustration at the constant attacks, but by responding you are giving the poster what he wants. Just filter the latest alias as soon as it appears and ignore everything. The only way you will be rid of this person is by depriving them of what they want - your reactions.

Either they own the share and are trying to damage their own investment, or they don't own it and their choice of leisure activity is trying to make other people doubt their investments. Neither option reflects well on the poster.

I assume by this point, any potential risk resulting from the fighting in Tigray must be priced in. The price has been fairly stable for about a week. Slightly down today but no more than mining stocks in general.

Now just waiting on finance completion to move back up.
