At least 80% (so could well be higher) but some conditions where it could be lower (so could well be lower).
Makes sense to use the target of 80% for any calculations unless there is information suggesting the reduction clause is likely to happen.
Possibly they do know things Leno / DR, but it's been a while since the untimely demise, so there may have been developments since then they are not privy to.
If it was the BoD options being taken up, then I would be a bit more excited.
It could be to do with book keeping for a deal, get all the shares issued etc to make it tidier, who knows.
I guess time will tell, as is always the case here. Fingers crossed there isn't much more waiting to be done.
Exercising itm options is a no brainer really. Nothing to get too excited about either way.
Do those exercising have knowledge about the process or are they in need of some funds and will be selling? Or something else?
A somewhat muted response so far. Is the impression of the CLN funding still weighing on the markets minds?
Maybe we'll get an RNS saying we've paid back that in cash now we have some pennies
So news that things are progressing. Interesting that the market wasn't notified at the time.
What else been happening here since I last posted?
Tygra still making his moanalogs claiming opinion as fact?
Wolfie still being an irritant?
TreadingCarefully still being abusive to others?
I see that as a bit like buying a house when intetest rates go up. Nothing is stopping you from continuing the process of buying a house, as you said you wanted to do, just you might have to spend more time getting a deposit together.
As such, and from subsequent RNS', it looks like the BoD have continued the process as they desired, it's just taking longer than anticipated. IMO, most likely due to the war.
You can totally interpret it another way, and that's your choice of course
Why would they keep repeating old news? The DD was completed. Why do you want reminding of that every RNS? Seems rather silly to do. Where would it stop? Ever RNS would be a million pages long chronicalling the entire history of everything ever.
Buyer still there until they say they aren't surely?
So no facts, just warm floppy opinions based on what they didn't say? Thought as much.
They didn't say lots of other things, so are those facts too? Like me, they didn't say it was selling for £5 a share. Does that make it true in your eyes too?
No expert, but given the BoD didn't include the standard resolution to be able to issue shares to raise money at the last AGM, suggests to me that they are comfortable with the cash position of the company for now.
