Again, it's an issue with the auditors here. If the BoD have just been informed, they have acted appropriately.

You're claiming it's awful which seems more of an overreaction, given previous suspensions have often resulted in large increases when removed, and previously missed deadlines have had minimal impacts

And yet the company continues after these delays. The RNS states the auditor needed more time, so that suggests to me the issue is their doing, not the BoD's.

So I think a rational view is that it's a small delay. Could it have been avoided? Perhaps, but no one can say with the info at hand.

I'd imagine the suspension is due to a rule breach. As the rule won't be broken until Monday, it can't trigger a suspension until then.

The reality is it's probably neutral and relates to a delay of a month.
